Congrats Eirinn! How amazing to have a home birth after 2 CS:)

Wonder if LenaK has any news yet...

Congrats on your pregnancy Corella, keep an eye on that Icecream tub mine went walkabout before the big day lol

Chaton,I had DS's placenta encapsulated by a doula recommended by the community midwives. I had PND with both DDs but not this time:) There are other factors involved that have helped this time, but I can say I didn't have the awful hormonal 'drop' that I had with the girls. I got my capsules when he was 2 days old and there was no 3 day blues, no tears, nothing! I just felt a whole lot more stable, and that has continued thank goodness:)

Anyway good luck expectant mummies:)

Freakypet you cannot be serious lol!

Kristie x

Ooohhhhh, LenaK, any news? eexcite.gif

Chanton, i am paying my birth support worker off, a bit each week. Some are open to payment plans.

I have heard of some midwives taking clients on the actual day (although you probably shouldn't wait that long, lol) ask around and chat to some birth workers in your area biggrin.gif

At the same time, ask about encapsulation

I didnt have mine encapsulated, but my midwife did prepare some ready to go pieces (very unstable MH here sometimes) and i too felt better after taking it. That and the transfusions meant i was feeling fab laugh.gif

Hows everyone else going? Any more news? Whoelse is due soon?
