I've had a few moments of DD5 singing along with Abba "Gimme, gimme gimme a man after midnight"

I go feral at DH when it happens because it's All His Fault....

As well you should. Exposing an unformed innocent child to Abba!

In 1979 friend of mine was on a family holiday when her older (teenage) sisters spotted Rod Stewart sunning himself beside the pool in a tiny wee pair of leopard print bathers...

After much prompting they sent her (small and cute 5 year old see?) over to ask him for an autograph....

Noooooo.. bad call

She decided to subject him to a full hip wiggling rendition of "If ya want my body and do you think I'm sexy...." etc etc..

LOL at this thread.

My friend's 8yo was singing Lady Gaga,... something about a disco stick.

My 5 year old was singing this just this morning as my 16yr old was brushing her hair. The teen was lLooking at me with a mix of horror and laughter as miss 5 sang "I wanna take a ride on your disco stick"

Mine like to sing "The only thing that looks good on me is you". My 6 year old said "Mum it's about fashion !"

Well it does mention Armani suits so I guess technically that's correct.....

So do mine, but they know the lyrics, and sing them, too. Doesn't matter so much now they're teen, but DS1 was a Linkin Park fan at age 6 unsure.gif Not that Linkin Park's language is anything by comparison to many metal bands.
