Giver her two - three options of what she would like to "cook" for dinner and really let her get involved in the cooking and preparation of the meal (even if it is helping to cook scrambled eggs or a ham and salad sandwhich), maybe if she get's involved in the process you can encourage her to try new foods while preparing food.
DD is alot younger but I find if I let her watch while I cook she gets really intrigued by what I am doing and using that it kind of draws her in and she tastes new foods alot easier. |
