My DD almost 10 seems to get dirty pores and has had the odd pimple.
I'm wondering when you'd start a good cleansing, toning, moisturiser routine? What brands are recommended or does your daughter use? One that isn't too harsh or drying would be great. TIA |

I think that some companies make ones for younger girls. I would try something natural so its not too harsh maybe cetaphil

Dermalogica makes their fresh start range- I can tell when my daughter 11 has been using it- it makes such a difference to her skin!

I gave my DD cetaphil originally and she just incorparated it with her shower in the morning. She now uses a body shop cleanser that I bought for myself that sits in the shower and it seems to have been even better for her. It helps that she now showers twice daily.
Initially, I bought some cleansing wipes from the supermarket and got DD to give her face a good wipe over before bed. This was enough for her to remember at 10yo. She is now 11yo, nearly 12. |
