Oh and sometimes what happens is that the symptoms come back after a while, and you feel miserable and you wish you had enjoyed the break from them!

Thanks everyone! I'm not scheduled for an ultrasound as yet. I go to the ob for my first appointment in week 11 ( that's the earliest he will see new patients unless complications) I guess I he will schedule me then! If I get that far

You could always ask your GP for a scan referral, but as others have said, it's highly likely all is fine.
I'm pregnant with #4, nearly 13 weeks and the last week or 2 has been good, but before that I was sicker than I'd been with my first 3 pregnancies. It was horrid! But with my older 3, I felt pretty much normal other than a tiny bit of nausea in the very early weeks. Really, nausea doesn't mean a lot. I've had 3 miscarriages before this pregnancy, and one of those I was terribly ill. I have a friend who miscarried twins at 14 weeks, and she was vomiting several times a day. Get a scan if you can, the reassurance will be great, but rest assured, it's highly likely your baby is fine, even with a lack of symptoms. Good luck! |

I think it can be normal for symptoms to come and go. For me sadly when I did loose all symptoms suddenly it was a missed miscarriage. When I did tell the Obyn I had lost the symptoms he wasn't concerned at all but the miscarriage was picked up in a routine scan.
I think if the symptoms don't return I would ask for an earlier scan. When I was pregnant with DD2 I did have days of feeling better and then a few days later I wasn't again I think it's totally normal for it to come and go like that. |
