Yep i said it they are annoying as hell and it means ds is not going to be seen any sooner
We have been referred to early Intervention by my son's Endo pead OT and normal GP (all sent the one each to the same early intervention). Now we get a letter in the mail saying ds is not accepted yet but is on the waiting list. So now we have to wait till at least August to see if ds is in again (by then he will be 4). All of ds's Doctors Wanted him in this semester (starting feb) as he would be 3 and a half Oh and this isn't the only waiting list he is on, he is also on one for speech therapy to actually see his endo again to see his pead and even to get in to a play group run by the early intervention people. It just seems like we are waiting forever to just see one person. Sorry to vent and i am sure we are not the only one's but it gets so frustrating after a while. |

The only thing worse is finally getting to the top of the waiting list and having to turn down the appointment. DD has been having incontinence issues and needs to see the urologist? surgeon. We went on one waiting list only to be told that it was the surgeon we needed to be on because DD had already had all the tests. Unfortunatly we live about 4 hours from the main hospital, and we finally got an appointment for when i am 37 weeks pregnant.

Thanks ladies for understanding.
Well we have some sort of good news ds passed his hearing test on Wednesday with flying colours we were all so proud. Now all we need is to get into speech therapy hopefully that won't take to long. |
