Hi Girls

Congrads on all the great scan results, keep them coming!! eexcite.gif

emmy - just thought i would let u know, looks like i might be next!! Being induced Sunday 28th April just past 38 weeks. Had my growth scan and bub is fine and measuring average, he was just under 2.5kgs. They still want to induce me as i think with the whole GD and insulin its pretty standard practice. Oh 4 weeks to go!!! xx

Wow HOPE! This is happening soon! How exciting!

hi girls!

hope you all had a lovely easter!

hope- wow its happening really soon! how exciting!

purelle- glad to hear you're doing well and the ms is easing, wow 17 weeks already! nearly half way!

2p- i really hope your spotting goes away soon so u can realx a little more but like u said u feel different and sick this time around so we can only take that as a good sign original.gif

k- how are you going?

hi to everyone else, hope everything is all going well

afm- feeling more confident as each week goes by and have told a lot of our close friends now but holding off on facebook announcement for now. have any of you here used fetal dopplers at all? i hired one and just found my little ones heartbeat! was lovely to hear! havnt been able to find it before 12 weeks so wouldnt reccommend it for early pregnancy as it may cause more worry if u cant find it but i think it will keep me sane for the next few weeks until i start showing more and feel movement.

Morning All,

Hope everyone had a lovely long weekend!

Congrats Chelby on your scan, what a lovely moment, good to hear you are feeling more confident.

2P - just over a week till your scan, I bet it can't come soon enough! I don't think you were being negative, but more just taking it one step at a time, which I think is something we can all relate to. It's natural to be hopeful but a bit guarded.

AFM - It's just over a week since we found out we were having twins. I still feel shocked and terrified, I haven't slept much, but last night I did, which helps a lot. We went to dinner friday, had friends for dinner saturday and managed to keep my non drinking under the radar! it's difficult - everyone knows I love a drink!! Then DHs parents stayed the night on Sunday, we went out for a nice lunch and ended up telling them. I was feeling seedy and it just seemed easier if they knew! Oh my. His dad was in tears, even before we said it was twins. It was good to have the positive vibes.

I got a referral for another scan, just to ease my nerves, I don't think I can last 5 weeks to the 12 week scan. I'll wait till 10 weeks next friday. That will be three weeks since the last one and should show a clear change and give a good indication how it's going.

keenbean that is very sweet about your DH's dad being in tears - how lovely wub.gif

spotting continues, day after day... it is really slight at the moment and I have such freaking horrible MS and feel a lack of appetite constantly, and constant nausea, and am still getting up to pee 3-5 times per night, so I feel OK that things are still moving ahead. Scan in one more week - 10 Nov. Should be 9 weeks, 3 days. Can't wait for that bit of reassurance.

How is everyone else doing? Been pretty darned quiet in here of late - I notice it because I am meant to be studying and seem to spend more of my time scouring the forums instead... ddoh.gif

Hi girls

Hope everyone had a great easter. Sorry that I have been MIA for a few weeks. We moved into our new home and I was away from work. No internet set up at home yet but I have been thinking of you.

2p, have you called your ob about your spotting hun? I hope it stops. You may need to go on clexane. FX for you and not long to go until the scan.

Chelby yay for the good scan results.

keenbean, my DH always wanted twins so congrats on your double trouble angels.

Hope - yay, not long to go now.

Emmy - you are not far behind. How exciting.

Sunshiney - thank you so much hun and I can't wait for bub to start kicking. I have had similar feelings as you and can totally understand. The loss of innocence sucks big time.

Kibou and KLR so good to see you both here.

Lucky how are you? and how far along?

Purelle, I am not far behind you. Not long to go until your morphology scan. I can't wait for mine.

AFM

Ok so we have moved into our new house and that's an awesome feeling. Tried very hard not to exert myself too much. My mum is here and she is just the best. Had my 14 week scan last week and bub is growing but still in engaged position (naughty bub) but good HB at 180 bpm. Seeing Dr Morris next week. I've had a few days of nausea but today I wake up, not even feeling pregnant. Such a wierd feeling (not sure if any of you girls had that feeling ever?). Will be 16 weeks on Sat and can't wait to see Dr Morris on Tues so that I can see our little bean again. FX that it all goes well for us. I am coming up to the 17.5 week mark which is when my water broke the last time, can't say that I am not totally petrified but trying not to think about it. Pray for me ladies. I need it.

Will write more later. Sorry if i missed anyone.

xo
