Biter and peeler in the newborn stage and from about 8 weeks a cutter with baby scissors! Scissors are so much easier.

Clipper or scissors when they're asleep. Now that DS is older I can just do it when he's awake, DD I still get when she's asleep.

Have blunt baby nail scissors... does the job quickly, usually do it while baby is feeding.
