Duromineee Progress & Hopefully Success

Posted by Jacqui:), 27/03/2012, 06:53 PM

Holy Jesus,

Haha, I've never done anything like this, It's all new to me, I just got perscribed Duromine after failing to loose a significant weight loss over the years, I am only 20 years old, and i've been struggling with weight since i was 15/16. I've always been the 'fat' one in the family, so i know i have the potential to loose weight...

My goal is to loose 30Kg by the end of october, start of november. Its a big goal, but i'll take it one step at a time...

At the moment i am 167cm Tall and a crazy 98.9 kg (I was 100.3 before i started taking duromine 2 days ago) My BMI is a huge 35!!!

Anyways i'll continue to go to the gym 6 times a week for an hour, hopefully this will trigger awesome weight loss, My main goal is to be at least 68 - 69 Kgs by my 21st birthday, which is early november

I would love people to share their success stories and comment about their progress as i find it a great motivator original.gif

Thanks guyss original.gif

Hi,

I have taken Duromine several times over many years, I do not reccommend it and I will not be taking it again. The last time I took it was for my wedding two years ago I lost 12 kgs and I was a gorgeous slim bride, but as a result of malnutrition from not eating enough (as it suppresses your appetite) my hair started falling out. Within a year of my wedding and stopping duromine I gained back all of my weight and an extra 8 kgs on top of it.

While taking it I was extermely emotional, paranoid, had sleepless nights and as result had headaches.

I think it is a good quick fix, but it only works while you are taking it. I think you need to try to change your diet not take chemist branded speed (this is what it is).

Sorry if I sound like a downer, but I am strongly against it.
