Hallmark now lets you select from a huge range of cards for all occasions, from birthdays to anniversaries and the birth of new babies. You can then personalise your card by uploading a photo or including your own message. Your personalised card is then professionally printed and posted out for you.

EB's product panel tried this innovative new service. Here's what they had to say.

I love Halllmark cards.. It would still be nice to receive greeting cards from someone you love specially if they're miles away from you.. blush.gif

What a great idea!

As a member of the product panel, I sent my nieces a card yesterday - with their photo on the front!  I can't wait to hear their reaction to seeing themselves on a card original.gif

I found the site easy to sign-up to, but it was a bit cumbersome when uploading the photos.  There was no button to go back a step to upload different photos.  In fact there was no "back" button to make any changes.

I was really impressed with the range of cards - there was one for evey occasion!  I chose a style where I could upload a photo.  I would have liked to have been able to put a text box over the photo - if there is a way to do that, it wasn't celar to me.

Overall it is a great idea and I'll definitely use it again.  There is even a section on the site where you can insert important dates, and Hallmark will remind you in time to send a card - brilliant idea!

I have just gone in and made a first fathers day card for my hubby...once i got a hang of it was quite easy to use..hardest thing was finding the right card so many to choose from!! Depending on what the card looks like, I think I will use it again for cards for bubs grandparents who we dont see as often as we would like so would be nice little treat for them to get card with bub on it......

I have used personalised Hallmark cards for a while and love them. I actually used them for my little girl's birthday invites - her first birthday was yesterday. I even made a spare so that she would have a copy in her scrap book forever.

One of her friends put a picture in her card - which was wonderful - as she's unlikely to remember all her friends at age 1 original.gif

On the negative side - your link doesn't work - which everyone else has mentioned - but resolved now.

Thanks for the 2 for 1.

I thoroughly enjoyed creating a card for my little man's 2nd Birthday. What a lovely idea! Great for parents and those who are time poor. I was able to sit down (9pm) and create something special for my precious boy without him getting impatient. bbaby.gif  Thanks Hallmark, I'm sure it will make his Birthday something to remember.  grin.gif

I received the card today, only 2 days after ordering, what fast service, very impressed!
It came out really well and I will be using the service again for sure!
I had a question after I ordered, was not sure if the personalization had worked as expected and had a really quick email back with an attachment of the artwork, awesome customer service, very
impressed original.gif

My card arrived so quickly!! I ordered at about 3pm Tuesday and thought I would be pushing it to get my fathers birthday card to arrive before Saturday and it did!!  It was nice to be able to personalise it just for him.  The only down side was that I wish you could personalise with pics on more of the cards.  I really wanted to include a picture of the kids but found for the dad cards this was very limited.  Also disappointing to see that they only had granddad cards and nothing that said Pop.  Overall though with a few more additions of cards I think this site is pretty great.

I loved it - it was so easy to order and I know my son will love his personalized birthday card. I love the feature of being able to order and having it sent straight to the person who is getting it. I thought it was great considering it was the same price as if I brought a hallmark card in the shops, but this way I get to personalize it. My only problem was not enough boy characters to choose from - would have loved to do a spiderman card but the only one for boys was toy story whereas girls have a larger range.

I loved it too.  I ordered one for my Mother in law to cheer her up as she has been ill.  At 90 she is amazed at things like this and she has an unusual Christian name so the fact that I could personalise it and make it specific to her was wonderful.  Was handy to get it send direct to her as an extra surprise and it arrived just 2 days after I ordered it.  Lovely idea and service and I will use it again.  The  options for the non specific things like thankyou, romantic etc would be good to see widened which I am sure it will be in the future.

I thought this was fantastic!!!!

The site was incredibly easy to use, their were plenty of great designs to choose from.

I chose a Disney Princess card for my daughter's upcoming birthday, I cannot wait to see her face when she receives it.  I especially loved that I could personalise inside and outside of the card.

I am also looking forward to using this service to create cards in the future.

The price was very reasonable.  The quality is exceptional.  So two thumbs up from me, thanks Hallmark.

Hi, just wanted to add my comment about the Hallmark cards site and free card, really enjoyed creating my card for my husband which was given on fathers day. I really loved creating this for him as he can create so many things himself and to have himself pop out of a card was a real thrill. Easy to do and quick postage,I'll be doing it again. Thanks Hallmark and Essential Baby.
Many thanks. bbighug.gif
