thanx for taking the time to read my diary
Not an exciting one, just about me and
juggling life as a single SAHM of 3 kidlets and losing another 20kilos!
My GW is 60kilos, if I can get to 55 kilos that will be awesome!
Atm my currants numbers are:
SW:83.2kgs
CW:80.9kgs
FG:73kgs
GW:55-60kgs
WLTD:2.3kgs

I have actually gained. I quit smoking about a month ago and I have gained 8kgs!
I nearly fell over when I noticed that! LOL
I have a little bet going with my mum, which is when she gets back from travelling in 9months (end of Nov) that I would have lost my 20 kilos...Mum also has 20 kilos to lose also so GAME ON MUM!!
Im doing ultra slim shakes for breakfast and lunch, maybe for lunch I might have a salad and add some chicken or tuna to it and then I have a main tea. Im eating main tea on a bread n butter plate, I eat fruit for morning/arvo snack and have fruit n jelly for dessert...
Im 'trying' to stay away from chocolate, bread, party, biscuits & soft drink. WW cordial as I struggle to drink water...8 glasses a day for me is sooooo HARD!!
I have joined Calory King on the www. As its keeps me on 'track'.
I also got a wii for Xmas (kids got it actually from Santa) and I bought myself a wii fit...Im pretty lazy when it comes to using it tho..
It has told me that my Wii age is 47
like WTF???? I was like NO WAY!!!
wasnt happy Jan!! Even tho I feel like that, with dealing with kids
I also bought 2 DVDs one is kick boxing and the other one is a belly blaster..They are only 10min exercises, but have 4 exercise on each DVD...
Im getting a tredmill at the end of this month and I have a push bike as well...Cant wait for the tredmill going to be great!
Im also playing Netball, after 12years of NOT playing!! Killing me it is! Only 1 night a week atm, but its getting easier. Im now going onto my 4th week of training...
Im also looking at getting 2 new Wii games...One is called 'my fitness couch' and the other one is 'Jullian Michaels workout' something like that..
Im also looking at Michelles new book (from biggest loser) and the new biggest loser book from the season...
Well Im going to leave it here, as it might end up a essay hahaha
