I love noah but is it a bit too common nowadays?
Lucas is nice but is it a bit too boring?
Luca i love but im not sure it goes with our other kids names?
Eli i adore and even Elias with nickname Eli but is it too unusual?

Our other kids are Jacob, Zachary and Emily and they all have J middle names so this baby will need j middle name too

My favourite from your list is Elias, by far.  I think it is common enough (I've met a couple, but I've never met a Luca)

I don't much like Lucas, I prefer just simple Luke.  Noah is nice, a little trendy atm for my taste but not a deal breaker.

Good luck!

I like Eli, it doesn't seem that uncommon to me but it comes up a lot in my circle.

I didn't think it and Elijah were all that obscure? If Noah is too common, I don't think Elijah is all that unfamiliar to most people.

Luca doesn't do anything for me, I prefer Lucas, or just Luke.

I like Noah very much, but Micah, Ezra, etc. are a similar sound and less common.

I love Lucas from your list. Not boring at all. It's a strong masculine name.

I have a 10 month old Elias so that is obviously my choice.

l like Elias the best out of Elias/Elijah/Eli and I'm glad I used it but I've just been a little surprised that so many people get mixed up and call him Elijah, so we do use the nickname Eli most of the time.

My Noah is 4 and we don't know any at all. There isn't one in the whole of his preschool.

We have a similar taste in names. My older sons are Luca and Elliot. Elliot would have been Elias but our last name ends in S as well and it didn't sound as good. I'm glad we went with Elliot now anyway.  original.gif I never liked Lucas, also due to the S ending but I found it a little dull also.

Jonah?
I like Noah, a lot!  Otis supposed to be somewhere in top ten most popular names but I don't know any.  Not sure if at would turn me off it or not...

Agree. It's a great name.

There'll be nothing boring whatsoever (!) about your baby boy so that's really not a concern.  smile1.gif  wub.gif

Noah - sounds good with the others
Lucas - makes a lovely sibset
Luca - seems out of place with the other names
Eli - not with Emily

I love noah but is it a bit too common nowadays? Lucas/Luke is just as common
Lucas is nice but is it a bit too boring? It's nms but don't mind the name and fits perfectly
Luca i love but im not sure it goes with our other kids names? I don't think it does either sorry
Eli i adore and even Elias with nickname Eli but is it too unusual? Eli is not unusual at all and I quite like the name, but wouldn't use another E name

I have a Lukas (liked this spelling better as it was still a correct spelling-it is the common German spelling, but it is not as common as Lucas.  Also I think the k instead of the c makes the name look less boring, and since Lukas is sometimes an extention of Luke, I just thought it better all round)
