Hi Girls, sorry I've been MIA the last few days, been so busy which was good as it has made time fly!!

Well in that time I did 3 more tests, all which were BFN.gif im affraid. So I have had 3 BFP's followed by 3 BFN's!!! To add to the confusion AF is also MIA and I am 4 days late! shrug.gif Absolutely no idea whats going on!!!!I have totally given up POAS.

Beauty spot that sounds very confusing for you. What will you do now? If FF is correct I am now 19DPO and my last HPT yesterday was negative. Whilst I don't have undoubtably pregnant symptoms, I do have some like tender boobs. 5 days ago my acupuncturist told me I have a "slippery" pulse which in some cases may indicate pregnancy. At this stage I am assuming FF got my O day wrong and will test again in a few days.

Hi 2WW ladies! I have been quietly reading your posts and hope I can join your thread.

I'm currently up to day 53 since having my last AF on BC (the pill). I purchased OPK's a couple of weeks ago as obviously my cycle was out of whack as no AF after day 28 or 38 or at all of my cycle and didn't want to miss O if it happened.

I started Vitex last Monday to see if that would kick things along a bit and without even expecting it (and I think totally coincidentally!) I got a BFP on my OPK on Tuesday. So anyway I think (but am not sure!) that I'm on the 2WW.

No signs of anything - AF or PG really - although I don't really know what I'm looking for!

Anyway just wanted to say hi and fx for everyone on this journey!

I just want to know whats going on, I have an appointment on Wednesday with my GP but thats still 3 whole days of wondering!!! huh.gif

ETA: A big Welcome to jbm3113 hope you were spot on with your o date and you have some luck and get your BFP!!! biggrin.gif

Not confused anymore. Its a BFN for me. AF arrived today. Blessing really (i tell myself) I have a huge weekend of celebrations planned and I am now free to drink it up.
Keep us posted on your status though....

I know what you mean silvek - I skipped a party last night just because I didn't want to be in that situation. I'm glad I'll know by Mother's Day so I'll know whether I can have that honking great big glass of Baileys or not.  biggrin.gif

Sorry to all those who got AF sad.gif I really really hope June is your month.

I am incredibly nauseous tonight and actually just retched! I guess that's why I'm here - thought I should get myself into the 2WW thread and ask if anyone has ever felt nausea at only 7 dpo (nearly 8 dpo considering it's 10:30!). So rare for me to actually feel like throwing up.

I have been having quite strong period-like cramps... I must admit they upset me a little as they're not that different from the ones I felt when my miscarriage began sad.gif Today has been mood swing city but that's not unusual for this time in my cycle.

Breast tenderness at the sides is also present as well as bloating but again that isn't unusual for this time. The nausea is the only thing that has really got me thinking. Fingers crossed!

rant.gif Im still here!!! In the 2WW when technically Im well and truley past 2WW!!! STILL no AF! So Im going to try and make an appointment for asap this week because its driving me nuts waiting for the dreaded AF to show up. Spent soooooooo much money on HPT's over the last 1-2 weeks that have confused me even more with their yes/no/yes/no/maybe answers that I have totally given up on them for now and Im leaving it up to the doctor to give me an answer now!

So... if the universe wants to be kind to me grin.gif it would lovely wub.gif if you want to surprise me oomg2.gif after all this confusion wacko.gif with a BFP.gif for mothers day!!!! biggrin.gif Fat chance I know, but worth a try!!

Does anyone know how long it takes to get results back if the doctor sends me for a blood test?

So, how is everyone else going??? we need some BFP's this month!!!

I have some good news - got a  BFP.gif  this morning! waiting to test again to double-check and then will book in for a blood test if that one's positive too. Very exciting!

Hi Girls,

Well, AF is due tomorrow so though I would join in!

I have a cold, sore / sensative boobies, I have been really gassy at night for the last two nights, my stomach has been making the most amazing noises to go with it! lol

Usually, a few days before AF I will have some minor cramps and spotting etc. None so far!

All pee tests have been negative so far.

Good luck all!

Congrats Bluebird, that is wonderful news original.gif

I am due for AF tomorrow so thought I would join as all tests are BFN so far so thinking she is on her way.
I am a little worried what AF is going to be like this month as have been extremely bloated with lots of cramping for 3 days now which I dont usually get until she is here.
Could be a yucky month for me, AGAIN!

This is our 6th cycle trying for number 5. Have never had to try at all for the other 4 children so this is very stressful for me and I am hoping we fall soon. I am feeling so much sympathy for those who have to TTC for a long time. It really is horrible and consuming isnt it sad.gif

Look forward to joining you ladies on your TTC journey and hope there are heaps of BFP this month original.gif

Nauseous and headachy, hopefully a good sign. The nausea disappeared last night and returned a bit milder this afternoon. Very sore boobs, white CM (only a tiny bit), crampy. SURELY this is it? Gah I hate these last few days of the TWW. It's impending doom... so afraid AF will come sad.gif

4plus1makes5 - I know what you mean. I also didn't have to try at all for my two and this and the miscarriages have been difficult to take.

ETA - sorry for my bad manners! I did congratulate Bluebird in the other thread but didn't here. It is of course, fabulous news! Congrats!

Beautyspot - my goodness you are having a rough ride of it sad.gif Yes you need to do the blood test - it should only take 24hrs depending on where you live. Fingers crossed for you - you truly deserve it after all this you poor thing.

Nausea just got worse...  hands.gif hands.gif

BeautySpot i'm in a similar spot to you except my tests have said BFN so far. I'm 4 days late and have had AF type cramping for 10 days with no AF. I feel bloated and this arvo have been feeling light headed and a bit funny (unwell) in the tummy.

Hope we both get some answers soon as it's very annoying playing the 'what if' game.

Hi there, best of luck to everyone in their 2WWs! I love hearing of BFPs!

AFM I have no idea if I am in the 2WW or not. My first cycle was 51 days and I am now on CD31 so I could be if my cycle is a bit shorter this time around.... who knows? I was going to test at CD35 but it feels too early so I am going to test on CD40 and then every five days until I get a BFP or AF.

For this reason I am starting OPK's next cycle if I don't get a BFP this cycle. At the start I thought knowing when I ovulated would make me a bit obsessive and stressed, but it is actually more stressful not knowing  when (or if!!!) I am ovulating.

We have been BD'ing a lot this month so whatever happens we have given it out best shot :-)

Anyway, the very best of luck to all.

It's sounding like there are quite a few with +'s happening in OPK's and BFP's so that's great! Good luck to all!

NSG - I started OPK's when I hadn't had an AF since coming off the pill in March as I didn't want to miss O (still haven't had an AF yet!) and also started Vitex last Monday week. All my OPK's prior to starting Vitex were really light and the 2nd day I took Vitex I had a positive OPK! I thought this was just coincidental however talking to my sister about it last night she said the exact same thing happened to her on the 2nd day of taking Vitex and she ovulated that next day and conceived her beautiful daughter that cycle.

For me the OPK's have just made trying to work out when I'm going to O so much easier!

Good luck!

Thanks for the feedback jbm3113! I am actually looking forward to AF arriving so I can start using the OPK's properly (I think day 31 is probably a bit late and may just stress me out if I don't get a positive OPK). Did your doctor prescribe vitex or did you find the label self explanatory?

Well ladies, I think I am out this month. STILL no AF but I ended up doing a digital test this morning and it was a BFN. I had an appointment with the GP this afternoon, not my usual GP as I couldnt get in till next week with her so this dr basically said "If you have done tests and its negative, it must be negative. But if you dont get your period next cycle test again"!!! rolleyes.gif Yep so thanks for that doc, you were oh so helpful!! Its all beginning to stress me out which could be keeping AF away maybe so I need to chill out with it all a bit and see what happens. I just want a normal cycle so I know where Im at!!!
Good luck to everyone else!!! FX for you all!

Oh no beautyspot sad.gif So confusing and disheartening. My period was four days early last month which never happens, so god only knows what our bodies are doing sad.gif

Well I'm not holding out much hope this month ladies... negative FR test this morning at 11dpo. All my symptoms have subsided and I think I'm staring down the barrel of another cycle. I know it isn't over yet and I've never had a positive test before the night of 11dpo, which is tonight... but I'm just not feeling it.

WTF am I doing wrong? It used to be so easy - I'm so baffled and disheartened. These depressing feelings are surely the signs of PMT.

It's going to be utterly sh#t to get my period on Mother's Day... reckon I'll cry. While it's the perfect day to get a BFP, it's the ultimate slap in the face to get AF on Mother's Day on the 8th cycle of trying - not long by some standards but it's an eternity to me right now.  cry1.gif

I'm going to pop in and join this group. I'm in the 2WW now. 3DPO.

Although my 2WW is never 2 weeks. I get AF 9 or 10 days after O, so it's only really a 1.5WW!

We're not trying as hard this month, and haven't thought about it all that much. I'm just really eager to see when AF arrives, as I'm hoping to gain 1 day on my LP this month, as I O'd a day earlier.

If I end up gaining a day in my LP, I'll know that acupuncture is working. So I'm very keen to see when AF pops up!

Welcome to the 2WW group Katey! I seem to be the only 'lil insano' here today but I know beautyspot has been through a hard time with a very confusing cycle. I start to lose it in the last few days, no matter how relaxed I was at the start of the 2WW.

I had no idea before this. I see-saw between wanting it so badly and feeling like I'm tempting fate by trying for a third... that this is somehow my 'comeupance' for being greedy. It must be particularly excruciating when TTC your first and the not knowing.

I'm trying to stay at home until school pickup so I don't go out and spend money to distract myself - bought a $600 set of vintage Parker drawers yesterday! Ouch.

Have a lovely day everyone original.gif

Hi!  Hoping I can join in!  Technically I'm not n the TWW until tomorrow as o day today ( a day earlier than usual! Yay). I was in this thread last TWW I'm so glad it's still going!  This is our 3rd cycle TTC #2 and in that time I've had a MC at 7 weeks and a chemical pregnancy so I'm hoping for a sticky bub this cycle or at least an extended LP like kateydee!  I'm having acupuncture and taking herbs from naturopath so hoping to have 11-12 day LP!  FX!!!
