I read in a thread a month or so ago a site with amazing priced flights to Singapore from Brisbane/gold coast.
Does anyone know which sites I can look at for best prices?

I like bestflights.com.au for initial searching and comparisons generally.
but if you're looking at low cost carriers you have to go to that carriers website.
I think you're talking about scoot for cheap flights to Singapore, but you can also try air asia, which will get you to KL which is then a very short flight or 5 hour bus trip to singapore.

I love searching on jetabroad - it saves your previous search, easy to see flight times, airline, price etc.

If you are happy to use budget airlines, www.flyscoot.com.au is probably your best bet

Yep Scoot, they have a special at the moment $118 each way to Singapore if you're signed up to their newsletter, otherwise $128 for anyone else

I always search via Skyscanner then book directly with the airlines offering the best price. I have had only bad experiences with websites such as zuji and Expedia that I find them to be dodgy and not worth the hassle. Expedia have on 2 occasions not processed bookings saying that my confirming to purchase online wasn't a confirmation so they just held my CC details until the fares doubled in price then told me there was a problem. Zuji didn't tell us of a schedule change that occurred 4 months earlier which left me stranded in the US for 4 days until the airline had another flight that they kindly offered as Zuji washed their hands of it. For your own sanity it's always best to book directly to gaurentee the price and service
