Tears flowing down my face at the moment. What a beautiful little girl.

So, so heartbreaking. Such a darling little baby girl. Chelsey is a very brave and strong young mummy sharing her story like this.

I cried reading the article, but I'm glad this brave young Mum has shared her story...

Thank you for sharing her story. The tears are also flowing here. I so hope that this changes the mind of even just one person who is anti vaccination.

What a brave young woman. I hope this goes some distance to making people realise how dangerous these preventable diseases are.

I sent a similar story to someone who is anti vaccination when they were trying to convince me not to vaccinate. It did not change their mind.
Unfortunately there are many people on the internet that are using vaccinations as something to blame for their child's unrelated impairment, they are hurting others in more catastrophic ways due to their behaviour.

I cannot fathom the strength and courage a mother needs to survive a child's death- so sad & heartbreaking.
My heart goes out to this beautiful young girl.

Thanks STBG. I have republished the story (with permission) to spread the word further.

That is so sad
I know that people are concerned about allowed children to visit newborns, but it does show it can be anyone! Not only that, but I will definitely make sure that I am vaccinated!

Such a heartbreaking story.
I am so grateful that my parents, grandparents and sister took my DH and I so seriously when we said anyone who wasn't vaccinated would not visit our girls before 8 weeks. They all went and got the Whooping Cough vaccine. Everyone else did not get to visit.

oh man, there are tears in my eyes
I hope this story sways people who don't vaccinate, and convinces adults who are going to be around little ones to get their booster. Those to young to be vaccinated don't stand a chance on their own, so we all have to make sure we're up to date to try and protect them
