So DD 6 loves Katy Perry. I dont know thatmuch of her, except for her vid of her and Elmo and the song Firework, which I thought was not too bad.

So I download her CD for DD and popped it in the cd player of the car yesterday.

DD asks for peacock to be played.

OMG parenting fail big time! The next thing I know, DD is singing along to a song I thought was about a bird, but its about some chick wanting to see whats in a blokes underwear.

OK, me thinks Miss Perry better get packed away for a little while.

Came off pretty quickly.

Awkward moment with DD with this one, when she asked why the girl thought it wasn't fair that the guy didn't make her scream!

Erk I had something similar happen except I was singing the song out loud whilst doing the dishes and didn't realise. DS#6 spent the next couple of days telling anyone who would listen that "Mummy has passion in her pants and she isn't afraid to show it" Damn!

I was talking to DH the other day about painting the house and how we will have to deal with the "shiny s**t" stuff again. DS (21mths) then repeated "shiny s**t" over and over again... I laughed my head off when he couldn't see me. I really need to watch what I say more...
