They are ID. They are one or the other, dude. They can't be both.

she is only 13 weeks along so they don't know the sex


and yes it will wither be two boys or two girls

I would steer away from 'seeing double' kinda names ie in print that is. iykwim.  Where you have to look/read twice.  But that's just me original.gif
with that in mind (so not Jim and Jon) I'd pick from any of the following lists

BOYS
Lucas, Jeremiah, Zavier, Julius, Jasper, Jeremiah, Jardee, Jonas, Lucas , Zavier, Jethro, Jarvis

GIRLS
Lauren, Olivia, Aurielle, Olivia, Orelia, Lauren, Ahrielle, Jessalyn

The very best thing your cousin can do is NOT name them 'matching' names.

No names that rhyme or sound the same, no names that look very similar when written, no names that make use of the same letters in a different order and I'd even say no matching initials. And no themed names (Faith and Hope- seriously PP!)

I'm sure your cousin will figure all this out herself, but her babies will be lumped together and counted as one all too often throughout their lives without having names that compound the problem. Naming twins (ID or not) as the two individuals they are is
the best option.

A huge congratulations to your cousin- twins are fabulous! Yep, lots of hard work but double the rewards. Watching the bond between them is just amazing. Wishing her a long and healthy pregnancy. My ID girls will be turning 1 in a couple of weeks and they make my heart melt wub.gif
