At least if Bek does get back in, Kasey will provide comic relief doing impersonations!
Guess it stands to reason that Brenda and Bek get a pass as a PP said they were coming back.
Posted 05 April 2012 - 12:47 PM
I think the editing of the program since the eliminated contestants have come back has heavily favoured Bek and Brenda in terms of the amount of screen time they are getting. For me this has been a sign that the pp who said they get back in was correct.
I don't particularly like Bek but she is definitely turning it on for the cameras. She gives the kind of facial expressions and comments that you get the impression the producers love.
Tbh I would prefer they both got back in than smug Lisa, sneaky Simon or 'I'm so tough' Lydia.

I enjoyed the iron man challenge, I'd love to do that myself (without the stupid quiz questions).
I'm definitely going for Brenda now but am now sure she's made of the right stuff.

Poor old Ryan (though he isn't that old) never really stood a chance, did he. Not that I think he would step up to the challenge anyway. He is lot like Selina, just not motivated enough.

Maybe I'll rewatch last night's episode seeing as it's not on tonight...or maybe just the first half .
I agree that Ryan just isn't motivated enough. I wonder what it will take for him to get into gear and do something about his weight.

Have I missed something? (which is probable because i've been working late all week and haven't seen an episode in a week)
but why isn't Biggest loser on tonight?

Bek and Brenda get back in.
Ad the final 3 contestants are Alex, Margie and Brenda
Posted 05 April 2012 - 07:19 PM
And the final 3 contestants are Alex, Margie and Brenda
Oh interesting! If that's the case I hope Brenda wins.
Posted 05 April 2012 - 07:25 PM
Anyone else think it's possible that Margie will struggle to win because her build is so muscular? Just a desperate thought as it'll be such a major bummer if she takes the title.
Posted 05 April 2012 - 07:28 PM
I wouldn't mind if alex won. I love his funny expressions, with his unexplained enlarged mouth or the random sticking out of the tongue!
Posted 05 April 2012 - 08:00 PM
Noooooooooooooooooooooooo anyone but Margie..... I hope Alex wins as can you imagine how well he could have done with out the injury setbacks he had, truly motivating for anyone and they can say look injury sucks but YOU can still do it and Also Brenda after she was thrown under the bus ..

I'm guessing there was a fair bit of water loading at the first returned contestant weigh-in so it looks more impressive when they weigh in on Sunday.
Posted 05 April 2012 - 08:53 PM
Oh no not Margie!!!! We have to put up with her until finale?? I can't imagine Brenda winning, but I wouldn't mind her or Alex winning.
So disappointed it wasn't on tonight. First they change days, then cut it to 30 minutes, then cut a day... Soon it will be weekly:(.
Commando doing pushups was special, so fluid with his movements. And Kasey is so funny.
Posted 05 April 2012 - 08:55 PM
It would be funny if Brenda won. Last year the winner was a contestant that returned.
I assumed it wasn't on tonight cos of football or something?
Posted 05 April 2012 - 09:03 PM
I assumed it wasn't on tonight cos of football or something?
Not here. We had Modern Family and New Girl repeats.
Posted 05 April 2012 - 09:22 PM
Ok, then perhaps as it is the eve of a long weekend they assume lots of people will be away?? hehe
Posted 06 April 2012 - 09:27 AM
oooo I would love for Brenda to win!!
I too think Margie may have too much muscle to get really the numbers to win. I'd also have no problem with Alex winning
Posted 06 April 2012 - 10:41 PM
Hey, if Alex wins he can get some NEW TEETH! So he doesn't have big GAPS for me to cringe at!!
Posted 07 April 2012 - 07:13 AM
I'm going to go against the grain and say I think it will be good if Margie is in the final three.
I don't like her but she has worked hard, very hard, and she is a character so will keep things interesting.
If it had ended up say Alex, Michelle and Brenda it would probably get a bit dull as they are all just too nice!
Posted 07 April 2012 - 10:38 PM
I agree Margie has worked hard but I don't think an aggressive bully should make it to final three. It is saying bullying is a good thing.
Posted 08 April 2012 - 07:23 AM
I know what you are saying but I don't think it would be an endorsement of her behavior. If she doesn't fall below the line then there is not the chance to eliminate her so it is not like the contestants have had the choice yet iykwim.
I reckon the first time she is under she will be gone.
I hope when Margie watches the program afterwards, or is told about it, that she gets a wake up call on her behavior. I wonder what adverse effects her behavior on TBL will have on her life afterwards? I would imagine making friends, meeting someone, even work could present challenges when half of Australia has seen your true colors? I wonder how many of the contestants think this through?
