Hi all!

This is my first month TTC#1 but I'm only on CD05 at the moment. Hoping to test on the 29th, which is still a really long time away.

All the best!

Arvo girls! Just did a test as AF has not arrived - BFN - bit of spotting, I think she'll arrive in the next day or too ... i'm hoping the Vitex has pushed my cycle back to 28 days which is what it used to be - and is what it was when I got UTD with DD !! Here's hoping - LOL !! Figured out we can TTC this cycle, then we'll be away and can TTC again if no luck - so either way - it's perfect timing now !! YAAAAY !!!

Hi ladies

Allie_D - sorry to hear about the BFNs after the faint line! When is your AF due?

Bristol - good luck with the BDing

Cherie - sorry about the BFN but at least you can enjoy the european food and wine now and fingers crossed the holiday is all you need to get that BFP!!

AFM - I am in the boring stage of my cycle - CD7! who knows when I will ovulate this cycle?!! My DH and I are taking bets!! He thinks it will be slightly earlier than last cycle - I'm hoping for anything between CD16 and 24 as then my cycle will be fairly "standard"!!

My acupuncturist has given me some stronger herbs to take this month to try and kick start ovulation earlier and she has asked me to start taking vitex on CD10/12 this cycle as opposed to straight away which I thought was interesting? anyone else heard this?

I'm out indefinitely. Got the results from my scan today and it appears I have endometriosis of the uterus lining, goes by another name but for the life of me I can't remember it at the moment. I've spent the best part of the afternoon crying, really dissappointed after 3 operations that now there's another hurdle in the way of TTC. I've had blood tests today for ovarian cancer as they've found more cysts on my ovaries. cry1.gif
I can't believe that after having a hysteroscopy (spelling ?), polypectomy and D & C last month they never mentioned any of this. I was told I was fine to start TTC.

learningasIgo so sorry to hear.I dont know what to say, just that I am thinking of you.

Sorry to hear AF has arrived for some, and some are not sure what is going on.

Congrats to all those that have gotton a BFP.

We are leaving to go away for a few days tomorrow and coming back Sunday. I am due to test on the Wednesday. Just wondering if someone can have a look at my chart and tell me if it is normal. After O i usually get fairly constant temp, this time it just seems to keep increasing then with a dip today. Thanks

Goodluck to those testing over easter, hope to see some more BFP when I come back from my trip!

Allie- FX the BFP will come soon
Bells & Bristol- Hoping the next few weeks fly by for you, good luck.
LearningAsIGo- I'm so sorry to hear after everything you've gone through that there's another obstacle in the way of TTC, that just sucks.  bbighug.gif
Everyone else- hope you all have a great break over Easter and good luck!
AFM- still waiting to test, on CD20, is that too early to test?! I know, it is. 7 more days & here's hoping for a BFP!

#84 Starblossom

Posted 04 April 2012 - 10:12 PM

This 2 week wait is hell. I'm only 2 DPO I think. I  on countdowntopregnancy obsessing over every symptom even though its way too early and it's highly unlikely that we'll get lucky this month. I'm going to start testing at 9DPO because that's when I got my BFP for my son, but like I said not much hope!

Well, I'm going to test on the 16th (I'm feeling rebelious towards FF who suggests I test on the 18th - take that!)
FX!
This is my first month of charting after being told by my Doc last month that I'm not ovulating... but looks like I did this month! ha!!

learningasigo, I hope you're alright and you get some good answers.

After skipping March due to the unhealthiness of my obssession with TTC, I'm back on the wagon, and due to test  11th.

But, yesterday I did something stupid... I bought a multipack of FRER.

And I have the very faintest of faint lines  original.gif

My friend told me to wait til Friday to do another, but no... I have done all three in 18 hours  rolleyes.gif

They're all so very faint, and now I'm worried that they're all evap lines as they're from the same batch (obviously) and none are a BFP...

Has anyone else gotten evap lines with FRER which are strong (I don't know which other word to use) enough to be confused with BFPs?

Thanks ladies your support. I realise I'm very lucky to have the kids I already have and so really shouldn't be whinging about my problems. Just so dissappointed. Have an appointment with the hospital on the 16th to discuss treatment.
AF is still not here so now 6 days late, apparently this is normal for endometriosis. Unbelievable considering for the past 10 years I've never gone over 26 days and now this. Weird.
Goodluck ladies I hope you all get the BFP's your hoping for.

Hi Ladies

Congrats to the lucky BFPs so far, lets keep them coming.
Hope you don't mind a late comer blush.gif I already have a beautiful DS who is 12 months. My Story: this month I have heard lots of baby news, including my SIL, which made me really clucky, and a tad jealous, which may have lead me to "accidentally on purpose" seduce DH on 2 occasions that may have been the most fertile time of the month... ooops wink.gif
So now I am hoping to join you ladies to help keep me sane for the awful 2WW.
On further investigation it seems I was being a bit reckless (meaning I've googled my prospective due date and its christmas day lol.)  Also was sort of hoping to gender sway for a girl (I would certainly be happy with another boy, just would luv a pigeon pair, and since Im only planning 2 kids I dont want to miss out on pink)

Anyway, I have only had 2 AF since having my DS so not really sure whether my cycles will be regular, educated guess would be that I'm due 18 April so Ill hopefully hold out to test on 19.

I haven't been in for a while...I miscarried my first pregnancy in December last year and unfortunately suffered major anxiety and depression and of course nothing's going to happen when I'm going through all that...it's only been for the last couple of weeks that I am starting to feel better.

Husband's cousins are pregnant with their second (and yes jealous as all hell)...however here's hoping that April, the month I was born in is my month to get back on track to where I want to be. And here's hoping second time lucky! AF arrived on the 28th of March so only just starting my cycle now.

Good luck to everyone!

Mags has been gone for a long time anyone know whats happening with her?

Sorry ladies, I had an absolute truck up at work that left me no time for anything - I got 'volunteered' for a full time position without my knowledge (or consent) and had to fit in that job as well as my normal (part-time) one.  Not a happy chappie, let me tell you - no time for Mr Mags, no time for BD, no time for EB, no time for the house.  Luckily it didn't work out and I'm back, baby!  Which is just as well as it's sexy time in the Mags household.

I'm feeling really positive about everything at the moment, even though it's been over 12 months for us.  Having ditched that job has removed a huge amount of stress and pressure and it's made me really appreciate how fab life is.  I've also been having more dreams of being PG and I'm starting to use visualisation to see me UTD and to feel UTD.  No idea why but it's making me much more content with things.  And this morning Mr Mags has sent me an article about carseats  blink.gif  so I'm taking it as an indication that he's baby focused as well  happy.gif

The list is up to date and I'm very happy to see we have some BFPs already, hopefully April is going to be another bumper month for us all.

Baby dust to everyone  biggrin.gif

I am assuming im going to O today or tomorrow so put me down for testing 18th April please.

YAY Mags, welcome back!

Welcome to all the newbies.

I have told DP that we are to follow the SPEM no matter if he's tired or what - I laid down the law, I said to him if he wants a baby - then it's up to him to make it happen as much as me. LOL! Hahahaha ... so we will follow that plan for the next couple of months and then i guess go to the Dr and get tests if still no luck! I had a small whinge to my mum today saying i'm too old blah blah blah. Vitex has made my cycle longer and my periods shorter - not sure if that's a good thing or not!
