Begin with a nice bath then a massage, put on comfy pyjamas, a milk feed, pop on the Love to Swaddle Up (love this product), some cuddling and then put bub gently in bed. Then pray that bub goes to sleep quickly.

If I had the answer, I'd have more kids
warm baths, swaddling and snuggles with mum
when they wake, a gentle pat on the bum.

Make bubs snug and have white noise or the hum of a fridge - works a treat.

my tip is a nice warm bath and a body massage with some lavender rub always worked on my babies. they slept all night

I'm going to be a first time mum soon and have no idea what works, that's why I want to win a swaddle!

A warm bath with some organic baby oils, warm fluffy towels to dry, comfy cosy nightwear, warm milk to drink, soft lights, a lullaby sung softly and tender loving arms for goodnight cuddles.

Hearing their Mum's breath as she sleeps close by, that's the easiest way to a good night's sleep.

1. Overnight stay at nanna's
2. Put baby monitor in nanna's room
3. Thank nanna for her offer of overnight baby duty
4. This will gaurantee that baby sleeps all night!

Me singing Depeche Mode songs, then swaddling tightly and putting nursery rhyme music on (sounds better than my singing!).

for my bub: warm bath, cuddling, kissing and lots of caressing her hair, swinging and put into her swaddle and Tra-la..snoozy bubba and peaceful night for mummy and daddy.

hearing their mothers breathing and smell, them knowing your close by will gaurantee a good nights sleep
Posted 21 March 2012 - 10:56 AM
No stress, no crying, lots of cuddles, giggles and stories. Then pat to sleep.

To co-sleep is always best,
for mum and bub to have a good rest,
but without mum to cuddle them tight,
to be cosy and swaddled not too tight,
will see bub right through the night.

A big old cluster feed does it every time, of course the Love to Dream swaddle helps keep him asleep all night into the morning.

Buy a heat pack. During winter when you get up to feed bub, pop the heat pack in the microwave then place in the cot. When the feed is finished bub's bed will be nice and cosy and he/she will settle again much faster

Nice fairly warm (not hot) deep bath, I usually let ds float on his tummy with me supporting him for a good 5-10 mins after washing him. If I have the time we use some nice massage oil and give him a massage, into his night nappy and warm suit and into the rocking chair for cuddles and a breastfeed, once he gets a little older we will co-sleep

A bath, feed and cuddle until baby is relaxed and sleepy. Once baby is settled, everyone goes to bed.

Follow the same routine so it might be bath, feed, book, bed. Do whatever order but always the same thing. Swaddling with a love me wrap helps too of course!

We fill up her belly, then put her in her angel wings (the Love to Dream swaddle) and give her cuddles and whisper sweet dreams in her ear

Follow a sleep routine as much as possible. Wake from catnap at 1715hrs, have a play. Bath time 1750hrs then breatfeed. Look for tired signs, rubbing eyes, sucking fingers, grizzling...time for bed 1900hrs at latest. A nice firm swaddle, kiss and cuddle then goodnight. Dream feed at 2230hrs.

A warm bath, a little baby massage and then into bed with the swaddle. The baby is clean, comfortable and content. All ready for a big sleep!
