One of Adara's friends parents gave me this idea today and I just tried it out and it is sooooo cool

Get glow sticks and make them into circles and put them in your bath.  They look SO COOL!

It's like a multi coloured floaty candle bath without the open flames.

That is so cool.  Wish our town had a fountain.

To fun up a bath, I pop a few drops of food dye. Kids can pick from red, yellow, blue, green, pink and black (weird I know). Then you can mix colours and make purple or orange etc.

Was a massive hit with the kids when younger - now they are all about the showers.

Hmm... you all seem to think I'm talking about a bath only for the children.

Frankly, I think cool baths are wasted on Adara.  Cool baths are for ME.

My bath is far too small for me to enjoy, I long for a decent sized bath tub.

What a wonderful idea with the glow sticks!!

I did the food colouring bath with some children I was babysitting, about 15 years ago. Their mum thought I was crazy!

We have been doing food colouring "experiments" in the bath lately. I put one colour in the bath then fill another container with water+a different colour. The kids then mix them together to see what colour they get. Unfortunatlely I stupidly gave DD the red food colouring to put in the container last night... half a bottle later and OMG, the mess! But it cleans up surprisingly well, my fingers only look a little bit red this morning!

Have to try that!

I freeze coloured iceblocks for the kids to play which in the bath. The water slowly changes colour as the blocks melt. Different colour combo's = different water colour which is fun to experiment with.
