5 weeks until we find out what we are having, in the mean time I'm playing with names ...

What sounds better together ...

Hudson & Logan

OR

Hudson & Finley

(because all 3 of our girls have unisex names, somone pointed out Finley may not be boyish enough!??)

They're all sort of likely to see crossover. I have known girls Hudson and Logan too.

I like Finn or Finnegan more than Finley but I don't think its more girlish than any of the others.

I prefer Finley, simply because where I'm from Logan is a place, and not the nicest place in my opinion. If that doesn't bother you though, Logan goes nicely with Hudson.

I think they are both nice combos!

If I had to pick, I would probably pick Hudson & Logan because I feel they are less of a "pair" - They still "match" but also seem to me to have distinct personalities IYKWIM?

I remember reading a book with the main bloke being 'Finley'.... he was such a lovely character so that's what it always reminds me of. Do you think I can remember the name of the book though!!!!! Grr!
Apart from Finley from Home & Away years ago, I've only ever heard it as a male name (with various spellings).

I absolutely love Finley it's a really popular boys name in UK. I love how you can also shorten to Finn.
every Finley I know is male the girl's version I think as Finlay.

I would choose Hudson & Finley.

Logan is an area near Brisbane in Queensland.  But you never know, PP could be from Philly.

Logan is a neighbourhood in Philly, and its, uh, special? My mom's from there. Half of it has sunk due to bad foundations and been condemned, whole blocks and hundreds of houses gone. The remainder is pretty rough. I thought maybe from what PP said it was where she was talking about but maybe there's multiple sketchy places called Logan? (I know there are other towns by that name but I wouldn't presume that they were all in the ghetto).

I like Hudson and Mac

I don't think Logan or Finley are as 'manish' (for lack of a better word) as Hudson.

Hudson ia my favourite name. Ever. It makes me think of a very handsome action hero / spy / 'hot' man at the bar...IFKWIM

Logan and Finley do not create the same image for me...sad.gif

Definitely Hudson and Finley (or Finlay, which I prefer). I've never liked Logan, I can't even make myself think it's even an ok name, I just don't know why.

I'd prefer Logan and Finley, because of my thing against 'son' names, but if not, Hudson and Finley. Finley is definitely my favourite of the 3.
