Earlier this year James, aged only 5 was diagnosed with liver cancer. After aggressive treatment it was thought the tumour was no more, however the cancer has reappeared only weeks after the completion of his treatment and has now been diagnosed terminal.

Gail shares her story from the diagnosis of her sons illness to now as their family prepares for the last months of her sons life.
