I would normally feel that way- but I really don't want to see another season of wussy Eric and this lame love triangle...

I think I may no longer be a fan ohmy.gif

I've been reading some stuff about Season 5 and it sounds like Sookie is going boyfriend-less for at least the first half.  Yay!

Breaking bad! Oh, Just saw the final ep a couple of nights ago. I was very disappointed that Debbie didn't get her mark. Gosh, I think that's one character that I don't feel is really moving the story along...*waiting for the flames*

Downton Abbey is really not my thing

Breaking Bad, I'm waiting for the whole season so I don't have to wait until the next week to find out what happens next LOL

I think I might be re-watching BSG

I know how you feel. I am only going to give it another shot because it looks like Russell will be back.

What am I going to be watching?
Looking forward to Walking Dead starting back up in next couple of weeks. Also looking forward to Terra Nova starting. Also Storm Chasers starting back up original.gif

I can't remember that far back into the books, wonder if he will be the pedophile guy who had the Russian Prince (names fail me at the moment).

No, in the books Appius Livius Ocella is Eric's maker and doesn't come in until at least book 9 or so. They must be inventing another new character.

SPOILERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so don't read any further if you don't want to know!

Internet rumour is that he will be part of "The Authority" (there are supposed to be 5 ancient vampires on the 'panel').
So he will either be Kibwe, Alexander or Dieter. As Kibwe is supposed to be black, and Alexander is supposed to have been turned when he was 9yrs old, that leaves Dieter.
other members of the Authority are Nora and Rosalyn.
About Nora

Seems the most probable explanation from this
QUOTE
in addition to being "an ancient, powerful vampire who holds the fate of Bill and Eric in his hands," he's also "the mastermind of the mainstream movement."

They are adding Salome which is interesting because the character Franklin that Tara was involved with seemed to be based on Mickey from the same book.  The visit with Salome was almost a subplot, the TV show is getting further and further away from the books.

I can't remember any powerful male vampires from the same book so they must be pulling from a different one or making something up.  Although it would be cool if he played Charles the English pirate vampire.

ETA: I was typing at the same time as Cathode.  It makes a lot of sense having him as part of The Authority since they set up that storyline at the end of the last season.  Apparently Chris' character is "the mastermind of the mainstream movement" so that does sound like The Authority. (Info from here)

I want him in, but not gonna get my hopes up, they are taking the show further and further away from the books so who knows if they will bring in Quinn.
