through facebook i found out about a friend of a friend of a friend who lost everything in the floods and she said there was a 2yo boy who lost everything. i did up a care package but he is 4. so rather than take it back to target and change sizes etc i'll make up another one more fitting for a 4yo.

but, do you know of any families with a 2yo that lost everything that i could send it to? would probably be best if he was an only child so other siblings don't miss out.

its a thomas the tank engine back pack with a 2piece short/shirt set, a lightning mcqueen shirt (both size 2), 5pk undies in sz 2-3, matchbox car, thomas brand 'mavis' train, bubbles and books. everytihng is new except the backback which is in like new condition.

i want to give it to someone who i 'know' rather than to a charity dispensing items.

I have a friend that didn't lose everything.....but they did lose their house. It went completely underwater, they have a 2.5 yo boy and a 5 month girl. He is studying and she is on Mat leave, so not in a great financial position (it is my brothers best friend and his family).

They did get some stuff out......so I will leave it with you, I know they would appreciate it, although they are saying all is ok, I think it is all hitting home this week as to what they have been through and the big job ahead.

PM me for their address.
