I was thinking about this last night (yep its official I have no life)wondering if any of us without realising went to the same school in the same year..  So I thought here are my school details to share you just never know we could have been at school together…..

1980-1982 Kinder – Grade 2 ~ Wollongong Public School (NSW)
1983-1985 Gr 3 – Gr  5 ~ Berkeley West Public School (NSW)
1985-1987 Gr 5- Gr 7 ~ Blackwater State School (Qld)
1988-1992 Gr 8 – Gr 12 ~ Blackwater State High School (Qld)

University of Southern Qld 2000 – still going………..

Just to add it took me about an hour last night while trying to get to sleep to try and remember the correct years that I was in school.

** 1981-1985 Acacia Rigde State Primary....for Keggsie's info I had Mrs Squire and Mrs Hicks in the years you were there.
** 1986-1987 Slacks Creek primary school
** 1988-1993 Beenleigh State High School I repeated year 11 to try and get better scores.

Missbee&Sophie do you have school photos at all from Acacia Ridge? We were never allowed to gte them while mum lived with us (when she left was when I left Acacia ridge) I have been trying to rack my brains for years as to some names of people I may of went to school with at Acacia Ridge and can only come up with 4 names. i was very shy and timid when I was there. Anyway if you do have some school photos If you dont mind I would love to see them to see if it brings back some memories for me. I wonder if we knew any of the same people.

Have you girls had a look at www.schoolfriends.com.au

It is really cool.  It is free to join and register your name under your schools and years and you can see other people who are registered.   You put a little biography of what you have been up to after school...and yo ucan read other peoples biography's.

You can pay $20/year to be a "full" member which means you can send people messages.  (with standard membership you can only reply to a message that a full member has sent you)

It is cool cause schoolfriends send me an email if someone sends me a message.  

Take a look...it is a lot of fun!

Janelle, I've heard of those towns but only cause we use to drive through them getting from Gladstone to Brisbane! original.gif I remember Wallaville because everytime we drove through there either of us would say "gee what sort of wally would live here" (just joking of course LOL).

Hopefully I don't reveal too much of my identity here - but may as well take a risk.  I've already met one EB'er whose brother was one of my friends in primary school.  I've been to a lot of schools, 3 in one year, as it took me a while to find the right school to suit me.  So get a cuppa and read my list.  They are all victorian schools by the way.

1983 - Mt Prospect Primary (I wasn't in school really, but mum was principal and put me in the prep class to see how I'd go)
1984 - Scotsburn Primary School (only 20 kids in that school, so amazing if one of you are on EB)
1985-86 - Redan Primary School (ballarat)
1987 - Scotsburn Primary School
1988 - Rosebud Primary
1988 - Rye Primary
1988-90 - Eastbourne Primary School (rosebud)
1990-1994 - Rosebud High School
1995-96 - Mornington Secondary College
