I am in the process of saving all my facebook albums and pics to my hard drive and USB.
If you deactivate your account you can reactivate by logging in so if anyone needs a "break" that's good info to know, I guess.
But yeah I'm not using it anymore, I dislike it.
Sooo, I think everyone should come in here and talk.

Nothing much exciting happening on the home front. Ashton is counting down til his 8th Birthday and Baden is claiming that he will be 5 next year also!! LOL..
Ive started an additional role at work, I now am doing Lifestyle part time which I love. It's only temporary but that can mean anything in our workplace.. he he!

Yeah I created that new account but after having it for just one day I realised that I didn't want it at all. So I deactivated everything. I've just been logging on every couple of days to right click and save all my pictures. Almost done, now. Haven't caught up on anything though, so you all should post in here

Well I had more blonde put in my hait today. Thursdays are the only day where Pete works 2pm-10pm, so I took off at 9am after the school drop. Why do I go dark? I always go back to blonde.
I had blonde put in my hair, not hait.
And I have a giggle at some sigs. Like yours Shannon. Baden is 1!!!! lol

Well here I am on a Ryland school day, I completely cleaned out the house yesterday for an inspection today which lasted approx. 2 mins.
So, I have had coffee with a friend, for my 30th (4 months late) and been trying to think of something to do, that's not uni.
Life's tough huh? So I've arranged an NT scan and hoping to have it bulk billed.
That should pass the next hour til school pickup!

very tough Janey, I just went for a big walk, well a big walk for me, now I am watching Winners and Losers on catchup.
Went for a walk an hour later than usual, and it was bloody hot, got a sunburnt face.

Well I was too late for the NT scan but it doesn't bother me, as I've never had one. I've only ever had the 19 week scan. So, 4 weeks to go.
We aren't finding out the sex this time, nope.
Having a very teary morning. Savanna got chewing gum caught in her hair yesterday and she cut it out herself with scissors. Thankfully not too much obvious harm done but I have always insisted she tell me things that go wrong so I can help her, rather than sneak. Obviously they all do this and I know myself I did, but it made me so sad. Then things just followed from there and I was a blubbering mess. Pete took all the kids this morning on the way to work and I realised I forgot to send Ryland to daycare in his bumble bee wings for Halloween party!!! I lost it and bawled my eyes out. LOL. I drove up to the centre and handed the wings over through the door without him seeing me.
Came home and heard the story of Sally Obermeter in the car and thought to myself "snap the F out of it, woman!"
So all is good. Cleaning today, a bit of uni, and going to hit the gym.

Almost half way Janey!
Haven't bought a single Christmas present yet.. blah! Everyone is asking what to get the kids and I can't even think of enough ideas for us.
Looking very forward to the weekend off. Not that I have worked much this week anyway, Ive had a horrible UTI so took yesterday off.. thankfully the AB's are working now...

We had our scan....
healthy baby. first time I've ever not found out. How bloody exciting! Such a different experience and I'm glad to be having it. I expected I'd be disappointed but I am OK with not knowing. Funny hey?

Wow people are actually talking in here.
Honestly this place is more evil than FB for me (well not this parent group, but the extended forum). So have mostly steered clear. I can't elaborate as this is not a private forum
In FB I only surround myself with happy vegemites...the rest got put on 'ignore' or deleted and I am enjoying being blissfully ignorant. It's now a joyous place of fun and hilarity for me

Lisa - IKWYM about FB and being blissfully ignorant, I love not being on anymore. I truly believe in life you should be forced to make some effort with the people you want in your life and not just have them laid out on a computer screen candidly each and every day for you to take for granted. That's why I've been trying to post in here from time to time and making an effort with my small circle of girlfriends now in actual real life to catch up.
Anywho, that's about it. Going to a friend's tonight with Pete and Ryland to sit on her terrace roof in the city and watch all the goings on. Girls are with Shan and his girlfriend going to some kids movie screening and fireworks (Nat - at C.N lakes...) Have a safe and happy night, everyone.

just thought I would come on here and have a read back on some old threads! This time 10 years ago I was 10 weeks pregnant and thinking December felt like an absolute lifetime away with the constant morning sickness I was experiencing!
Anyone having problems with their kidlets at school? Ashton is still having issues with the standards of work he is doing (he is capable of doing it, he just doesnt seem to want to produce good work - he is happy just to get by) he is very easily distracted by other kids, therefore not finishing work in class and then not bringing it home to finish it either.
probably talking to myself anyway cos this thread has barely been used since 2012!! LOL!
