Are you taking a pregnancy multi? It should tell you on the bottle of Berocca if they don't recommend it during pregnancy.

The Berocca info site says:
Q Can I use Berocca during pregnancy?
A Berocca can be used during pregnancy. There are no indications which exist that the nutrients contained in Berocca have any adverse effects on pregnancy or on the health of the foetus/newborn child at the recommended dose of one tablet per day. However, as with any other vitamin supplement taken during pregnancy or whilst breast feeding, if the women has any concerns it is recommend to talk to the doctor, midwife or pharmacist. Note that Berocca should not be taken in conjunction with other pregnancy vitamins.

I was feeling really tired (as in slept for 12 h and still no satisfaction) until my blood test came back saying I was Vitamin D deficient. On the advice of my midwife, I took some Vitamin D (1000 IU) tablet and was feeling much better and alert within a few days.
