ANY IDEAS FOR PROTEIN SNACKS - BODYTRIM DIET

DH and I just started the Bodytrim diet and I'm just wondering if anyone has any cheap recipes for making protein bars. We have been having protein shakes for our snacks but sometimes feel like actually eating something rather than drinking lol. Protein bars from the shops are out of our price range at the moment, so am hoping for a recipe to make them that fits within the Bodytrim guidelines. Their book contains great recipes but not for snacks (unless I have missed it lol)
Any help is much appreciated.

I have no idea what the body trim diet is, however i do use this link for ideas about home made protein bars.
You will notice they include the calories and macros of the bars so you should be able to judge if it fits within your diets guidelines.
