As with the homebuyers post, does anyone have any information they would like to share?

for those of you who would buy established next time because of the hassles, what hassles in particular did you experience?

Does anyone have any good stories?

Thanks muchly

we built with scott park in Butler and everyone was great, we are so happy with our house..

a girlfriend has just built with commodore and are due for the 6 month maintenance and have heard nothing from them and they weren't happy with the finish, you get more house with commodore but a less finished product

My ex and I built through WA housing centre and I will never build again. I like the idea of walking into a fully established home!

Scott Parks were used my a number of my friends, and they seemed very happy with them.
We bought established, as I did not want the stress of all the extra costs etc of new....seen too many go through that!
