eta: I'm so over dh losing his wedding ring . he's done it 3 times already but not in another state!!!

it would seem dh lost his wedding ring while mucking around in the water just in front of 'Growlers'.
Could I ask if anyone is popping by the beach to keep their eyes peeled or if anyone has a metal detector, yes that would be handy!!  blush.gif

there would be a reward and of course supply a description of the ring if anyone happens to find it.

It's a shame we're in WA otherwise we'd have a squizzy too!

alternately if anyone has found it give us a yell!  grin.gif

a big thankyou if you can help!!!

Hey squeezy  sorry to hear your DH has lost his wedding ring sad.gif  if I had a metal detector I'd go down there and have a look for you.  Maybe you could contact the local paper - Geelong Advertiser - and put an add in the lost & found section, you never know!

you're so kind. you tried to help me last year when dh , kidlets and myself went to VIC.
we had a great time, loved the whole state!(well...iykwim!)

dh went there again to check out an opportunity for us all (hasn't eventuated) and in the thick of all this goes and does this!

he isn't planning on going back unfortunately and a couple of people we (now) know don't go anywhere near that area.

but thanks anyway!!   biggrin.gif

shall try the paper -good idea!!

Hello are you still looking for this ring? I found a mens wedding ring while metal detecting at torquay and a google search had led me here, this ring has the date 20.09.03 engraved on the inside of the band. Let me know if this sounds familiar or you want me to post a photo, thanks - Damien

Wow! I hope it’s the same ring!

ETA: rundamok, you can also PM the original poster by clicking on their name and viewing their profile, in case they don’t visit here much anymore.
