Wow they sound so easy and yum. You could add in some lemon zest or choc chips or similar if you wanted to get fancy.

Absolutely, the kids made these with orange zest & juice during the weekend.  Just finished the last one with a cup of tea, yum!  Cinnamon is also a great flavour to make.

Yeah. But they are so good plain. I didn’t even use butter, just buttery nuttelex.

When I pulled them out, I thought.. they can’t be done, they are so pale it’s almost white.

I love her recipes.
I made the lemon and passion fruit pots recently, leftovers(very rich!) was spread on white bread like a lemon curd lol.

One cup of flour is about 125g (though it can vary quite a bit depending on how loose or tightly packed your flour is). I’d start with this amount and then just add more flour until you have the right consistency dough.

I'm sending this to my husband! Hopefully he'll take the hint and make us some. We have Naturli, a vegan butter that actually tastes like a mild butter!

I am going through a lemon craze at the moment - lemon curd mixed through streets blue ribbon vanilla anyone?

I'm googling but can only find passionfruit pots - are these the same?

MIL used to make similar to these except she called them thumbprint biscuits. You can probably figure out why! She would put a little dollop of jam in the thumbprint. Soooo good.

I just use a wooden spoon to mix it all together. Just make sure the butter is fairly soft to begin with & it will mix easily.
