That's not a rumpus room, this is a rumpus room!

I can see why all the view shots are first.

Was it built from an actual hull of a ship?  In which case, the cannons are cool.

I think I'd probably have to burn that mattress from the rumpus room - a little too much rumpus has probably happened there...

I like how all the view shots are first and then you get a house pic and you think its ugly and the next pic is the view. It like yes its ugly but remember the view, ugly photo, remember the view.

I had never thought of canons as decorations...

The sea seems to change colour very quickly

I like the location, that is all

They are hinting at knock down rebuild.

The photo with the white perimeter and the emphasis on it being near level land tell me so.

Somebody took talk like a pirate day too far...

For a bargain price of $3m why wouldn't you knock it down?

That property has a lot of cars on it and a lot of canons in it.

I’ve seen worse.

Wood paneling, arches and cannons.  A winning combination in realestate.... said no one ever.

Big tin of white paint, big ol drum of bleach, I would have it.

#19 Paddlepop

I kind of like it. They sure showed commitment to their theme.

#20 BadCat

Posted 19 November 2019 - 07:29 PM

OK, I kind of like it.  Some of the decor choices are a little nasty, but I'd keep the cannons.

#21 Paddlepop

Posted 19 November 2019 - 07:32 PM

I want to know if the cannon windows actually open so that the cannons could theoretically fire to the outside.

OMG - I just bought a house from the real estate agent, Gordon last week.  I must email him and ask to swap!

Wow, I think someone has a pirate fantasy going on!

Btw delectation is a word I need to use more often.

#24 UndergroundKelpie

Are cannons fixtures though? Anchors are not.

I think it is going to end up being bulldozed.  I actually think it;s a real shame that so many interesting properties are disappearing.
