Wondering if anyone has a Rav4 Cruiser Hybrid.  Any likes or dislikes?  DH is going from a company car to a car allowance, and we don't want anything low to the ground so thought a mid size SUV.  Company car so fair few km's hence the hybrid.  Our family car is a Prado so we don't need another big car.  We will wait until the Jan 20 and hopefully purchase a 2019 model.  If you purchased one this year - how much did you pay?  Thank you!

Well only problem with this car is that there is currently an 8 month wait for delivery.

We are 2 weeks into our 8 month wait and hoping that as the time gets closer that the wait will be shorter than 8 months.  It is a nice car though.

8 months!?  Nooo.  Back to the drawing board then.  He would have to hire a car during that time.  Thank you.

We ordered 31st May, expecting delivery end August. Still waiting. It’s now expected to arrive in Australia end November. Meanwhile, we are trashing our 10 year old car as it’s a trade-in at an agreed price as part of the contract

Oooh, thanks for the heads up. I am considering the RAV hybrid late next year. I might need to get organised earlier than initially thought.

DH has a brand new rav4, not a hybrid though as that wasn’t an option (work car, limited choice) and it’s lovely inside and very nice to drive.

School mum just got one, I’ve been in it and it’s lovely.

She ordered it at the start of June and got it late August. I think the wait has got longer since.

My dad has also been looking at getting one, downsizing from his Prado.
