Hi ladies. I am really desperate. My baby is lying back to back. I know that this position is not optimal for good labour.  I want to my baby turn. I am trying everything. Sitting on ball, cleaning the floor on all four, spinning babies. But I want to to try really everything what can help. I 've heard of a rocking chair – kneeler rocker by Jill Sutton. Someone was using it? I'd like to get a similar one.  Do you have a picture of it? I don´t know what it looks like. I would like to buy similar type of kneeling chair, but I don´t know how to choose, because I don´t know how look original.

Most posterior positioned babies fortunately turn into the anterior in labour, a posterior position is quite a common presentation for a first time mum with lovely tight abdominal muscles.
If the baby's head is well engaged there is probably not a lot of turning it will do now until labour.
Squatting and sitting on a fitball may help and avoidance of sitting in a big soft comfy chair where your pelvis drops back into the chair might help too.
Getting the head as low as possible for the onset of labour is a bonus too...once again squatting and sitting with legs open on a ball might help.
Good luck.....my first was not posterior but it was horrendous, the next 4 were all posterior and so so much better.

Good luck, my first baby turned during labour but oh my god the back pain was worse than the contractions before he turned. I tried everything in the final few weeks. In retrospect I wish I’d just relaxed and enjoyed those last few weeks more :-) Labour was tough but it ends soon enough:-)
