Clare .... WDYT? Is it too “plain” for sister Phoebe?

Clare Vivienne

Our Clare is Clare Hannah.
I think Clare goes well with Phoebe.

Only negative is that people spell it so many different ways ( Claire, Clair, Clare) which might get annoying but maybe not.

I love Claire, though prefer this spelling. Goes nicely with Phoebe.

I love Clare, and think it’s gorgeous with Phoebe. I love all your middle names, but think Eleanor flows the least well.

Oh I think Clare is so pretty. All your name combos are gorgeous.

People always ask me if it’s with or without an I. Its not completely out there, and presumably the with-an-I Claires get the same question.

Love it a lot.

Love Clare with Phoebe, but prefer the spelling Claire.  Great sibset and definitely not too plain.

I really love Claire with this spelling, we’re considering it too. Any of those combos you can’t go wrong.

I would go with Claire. We have had quite a few at school, but never a Clare (only one Clair).

Claire and Phoebe sound nice together.

I think Claire (this spelling) and Phoebe are great. I like Sophia and Vivienne the best from your middle names

I like Claire with an i too. Clare to me look too much like Clara, and then I start second guessing my pronunciation

Eleanor is my pick of the middle Names.

My DD's middle name is Clare.  One of her best friends is Clare.

She hasn't had a problem with people mis-spelling it - most people ask with an 'i' or without.

DH and I liked Claire, equally as much, but as DD's first name had lots of 'A's, 'I's and 'E's, and we wanted to use the Irish variant and DH's grandmother's name was Clara, we decided that Clare was perfect.

Of your choices, I think a 3 syllable middle name works best and 'Eleanor' would be my pick.

I like Clare Vivienne most but I don't dislike any of them.

I also prefer your Clare to Claire.

One of my dearest friends is Clare so I'm completely biased.  I love the name and I love the spelling.  It is a perfect partner to Phoebe and all your combinations are beautiful.

Clare is ok. Prefer spelling Claire (which I think is more common?). Clare does give "plain" vibes next to Phoebe. I would go for Clara instead, much more in sync vibe-wise.
From your combos I think Clare Vivienne and Clare Sophia flow best.

I like it but much prefer the spelling Claire.

We were going to use it if our youngest was a girl. Love the spelling Clare, and it goes well with Phoebe.

I think Phoebe and Clare are perfect together (and have similar meanings). Clare Sophia is my favourite.
