I’m starting to love the idea of Rose as a first name and almost have DH convinced that if our latest round of IVF makes a little girl then we should use it ❤️

We would likely sometimes use the nn Rosie, but I also just love Rose as is and she would have the option when she is older.

WDYT of the name as a sister to Phoebe?

Ideas for middle names

Rose Juliet
Rose Isobel
Rose Vivienne
Rose Genevieve
Rose Eloise/ Eleanor

Thanks x

I love them all, but Rose Juliet sounds a bit like Romeo and Juliet and you can be sure she will have times when someone thinks it's funny to call her that.

Rose Vivienne and Rose Genevieve would be my preferences.

PS: all the best with the IVF.

I have a Rose Alice and she is the most delightfully beautiful baby. Suits her name perfectly.

I love Rose, always have & always will. It’s classy & classic, the nn Rosie is cute.

I don’t think I can get DH on board Though =(.

Rose Genevieve gets my vote.

I love the name Rose, and am sad it is mostly relegated to middle name purgatory 🙃!

Rose Vivienne would be my pick from that list.

Love Rose! Vivienne or Genevieve are also my picks from your list.

Isobel is a bit to much zzzzzz with Rose but what about Annabel? I also like Rose Penelope.

Rose Genevieve is baby name perfection.  Love it! And love the other middle name options too, although Eloise and Isobel probably sound a little repetitive with the 's' sounds.

My choice is Rose Eleanor.

Next would be Rose Genevieve and Rose Vivienne.

I agree that Eloise and Isobel have too many 's' sounds with Rose as a FN

I like the name Rose.

Is sort of name I like - short, easy to spell and pronounce.

Goes fine with sister Phoebe.

I'm with those who would steer away from other s heavy names - Rose Isobel, Rose Eloise etc

None of the other middle names really do it for me either.
