I had a chick flick fest tonight. Swipe(?), The wedding date and Easy A (which is a favourite of mine).
I also watched free rein. The main character annoys me so much.

Working my way through the Tales of the City series.
Loved the newest one, so I was excited to see the originals pop up.

Plus a bit of Big Bang - makes me laugh.

Watched Mamma Mia recently thanks to the bad movie thread and enjoyed it.

The Impossible is a movie about the 2004 tsunami in se Asia. I'm not a crier normally but wow this one set me off. It was much better than I expected, very well done.

Yes, I thought it was good too.

I'm currently binge watching The Society.  Had a look and thought it would probably be lame, but actually I'm loving it.

Finished Stranger Things 3 and loved it. I think I liked S2 just slightly better, but still a fab way to spend 8hrs.

I can’t remember if I posted this in the old thread but a friend recommended Travels with my Father. Jack Whitehall (English comedian) and his 70yo father (I’d guess upper middle class) travelling together.  It’s funny and sweet.

I watched that a while back and enjoyed it.

I've been watching Good Girls. I'm disturbed at how much I want neck tattoo guy to be a love interest when he's all kinda mysterious and flirty then he just switches into gang mode and it just reminds me how easily it could be to fall into a DV relationship with someone who is obviously not a good guy and not even trying to hide it.

DH and I watched Game Night - awesome date night movie. So funny. We went into it with very low expectations but it was so good.

I didn’t realise it has been so ongoing. I liked the first couple of episodes of the newer one.
