This thread is torture to wake up and read. Going to have to stop in at my local brumbies and still if they have the goods!

Recently in the USA and Canada, I ate a cinnamon scroll or bun every day. The withdrawals since we've been home are the worst!

Oh, anyone remember Saint Cinnamon in Melbourne Central in the early 90’s?   Amazing .  I am a Coeliac now so I just have my memories.

Sorry OP, I’m no help.

OMG researching http://www.boxofscrolls.com.au/

Apart from their cinnamon scrolls they also have flavoured (they call them variety assorted) scrolls like -

cookies and cream scrolls
nutella banana scrolls
apple cinnamon scrolls
mocha scrolls
red velvet scrolls

OMG need to stop looking at their scrolls.
What the heck and then the hubby says they are giving away free boxes of scrolls on Insta this week!

Pioneer woman one? Yep!

It's was the one I thought of when I saw the thread title.

I half the recipe.

ok so i made them - as per recipe posted on post #2 - they were nice, not like the Ikea ones because the dough isn’t a yeasty dough - which is less palaver i guess but different consistency ....for what it’s worth i definitely needed that much cream and maybe  a bit more for the dough to come together and i kneaded for a lot longer than she recommended. we’ve all just had one, hot (don’t think they will work as they cool because the dough might go a bit biscuity?) - i liked them, older ds liked them, younger ds did not - dh may miss out as he’s at work. sucks to be him....
