My browser has suddenly reverted to the full website. Hitting ‘Use mobile version’ is having no effect. Clearing cache hasn’t helped. Any suggestions?

There's the browser option to use desktop/mobile version, but at the bottom of the page, there should be an option to use the full/mobile site (or words to that effect). Have you checked both?

My tablet has been doing the same for the past week. The mobile version link does work but it's annoying to have to do it everytime I come to the page. At the same time, news.com.au is doing exactly the same thing.
It actually fixed itself on Friday for both sites but went back to it yesterday.

It’s so irritating! If you’re on your phone switch to private mode and that should work. Mine fixed itself up in normal mode a week or so later.

Mine does that randomly too sometimes, and nothing I can do fixes it. It just fixes itself within a couple of days.

Hi ladies,

What device are you using?  I am using ipad and Iphone and both go to mobile version when I tap on that and they stay on that version as well.

I tend to use full site version when on the devices, but just tested then to ensure they are working.

I am using a Samsung tablet. My Samsung phone does show the mobile version.

Sorry I read it as does not show, I could not get it to show with my old Samsung 8 and a couple of months ago I got a 10 and it has happened with that since i got it.

No matter what I do I can't get the mobile version anymore but I thought it was just me!

However I cannot get it to show on the Samsung tablet. Cleared history, closed apps and restarted the tablet but doesn't automatically show. But the phone does. Weird.

That is what has happened - mobile site is back working for me today 👍. Not due to anything I have done though!

EDIT- I am using an iPhone, but remember the same issue happening on my old Android phone. Interestingly, EB also disappeared from my list of most visited sites, but has reappeared back on it now that the mobile site is accessible for me again.
