Hi everyone,

This is my third cycle back on gonal f and ti. I had a successful cycle in December but ended with a d&c in Jan due to a blighted ovum.
I triggered this cycle June 14. I decided (stupidly ) to do a hpt at 9dpo and 11 days past trigger in the afternoon and to my surprise I got quite a strong second line. Did again this morning at 10dpo with second morning urine (3hr hold) and 12 days past trigger and there is still a strong second line.

I started testing at 10dpo last cycle and it was negative. I have ovidriel 250. Just wondering if this is still the ovidriel as husband and I are reluctant to get excited

Emma1988 it really depends on how you process the trigger in that cycle. But 12 days past trigger is certainly getting close to the end point when people still have residual in their system. I think I had a bit of trigger until about 11-12 days post. How sensitive is your HPT? If it detects down to 7 units or HCG then maybe wait a couple of days more

Hoping it's good news for you x

I have only seen people discussing it here on the context of also having “tested it out”, so watching it fade out of their system each day on a test, and then being more confident of a true positive if it started progressively becoming darker. Though I know this isn’t entirely accurate either way.

Good luck :)

I’ve had very very faint lines around 10 days post trigger, and nothing around 11 to 12 days. I hope your line stays strong over the next few days, good luck.
