*disclaimer - not pregnant! Just pondering*

Help me name my hypothetical son!

There are so many girls names I like, but I really struggle with boys.

Thoughts on the below? I'm pretending DP doesn't exist in this scenario because he doesn't like most of these.

Gabriel
Ari
Remy
Lior
Jude (can't use, but have always loved - could use Judah, but like it less)

Other names similar in style that I might not have thought of?

I love Gabriel and Remy.

In fact we had decided on Remy if DD had been a boy.

Aha! Those are exactly the two that DP approves of, and are therefore the frontrunners (for the entirely imaginary child I am naming).

They are all quite unisex.

I would not use Gabriel as i often hear it pronounced Gabrielle.  I think the angel association may make people think girl as well.

I assumed Lior was a girl’s name too.

Ari and Jude are fine, also nicknames for Arielle and Judy.

That's strange, I don't see any of them as unisex names.

I've known two Gabriels in my time and never known anyone to pronounce it as Gabrielle.

That's high praise indeed coming from a name guru like yourself - thank you!

I tend to like boys' names that would probably be described as feminine-ish :)

I know of girls Remi, Lior and Jude. I didn't know Lior was a boy's name until I saw it here a month or so ago. Love Gabriel (Gabe), and I don't mind Ari. The one I knew was Aristotle which I would never have considered, but isn't awful.

I like Remy from your list, not a big fan of the others.

Remy, Lior and Jude were names on our list for this baby. We're 90% sure we've settled on Remy. Our older son is Silas.

Other names we considered (some names only I liked, some only she did):

Scout
T(h)iago
River
Ezra
Atlas
Lorenzo
August
Orlando
Sage
Raphael
