Family meals 3 ways for different ages

I need to reduce the mental effort of planning and cooking dinner, but don't want only bland meals.  Does anyone know some recipe sites ( or books) which explicitly spell out when and how much to remove at each stage of a recipe to make one meal in forms appropriate for a baby, small child and adults?  

eg for a family stirfry
Prep, cutting one chicken thigh into smaller pieces
Cook chicken and veg for Xmin with baby friendly flavourings A & B
remove small pieces of chicken and carrots, & blend/ cut into sticks for baby.
Add salty sauces
remove one thigh and veg for child
Add chillis for adults

A cheat's way to achieve the same end is to make regular stir fry (for example) then pop the kids' serving in a strainer and quickly rinse extra sauce off. Also cools it down to a better temperature!

This is what I do. And I don’t bother chopping any meat smaller before cooking, just when I’m serving it up.
I don’t like particularly spicy stuff myself so DH will often just add some chilli flakes or extra sauce on top of his meal.

Ditto this. Either rinse it or for curries etc, serve up with little to no sauce. We just cut the food up once it’s cooked. I’ve never heard of anyone in my acquaintance making baby/toddler/adult versions of dinner.

I never did three ways for kids either. I’d cut the meat or veggies a little smaller but toddler preferred his food looked like our food and would just take little bites of the full size item.

Don’t go too crazy trying to make three different meals. How old are your kids?

Or sometimes the kids versions get a bit extra yoghurt or coconut milk or whatever to make flavors less strong. I just add a dash in their bowls at the end.

I'd forgotten this! Especially for curries - rinse most of the sauce off, stir in a little extra yoghurt to tone it down more!

Thanks for the recommendations - the One Handed Cooks'  site looks perfect.  
I managed fine with my first, but going back to work has taken up every last brain cell, and I'm making stupid mistakes on anything more tricky than meat + 3.  Let alone thinking of anything more interesting to cook in the first place!  Things like adding the (whole) nut garnish before taking the baby's out, or just getting the timing terribly wrong.  The eldest is a bit fussy, so I figure a toddler cookbook should have a better strike rate.  

I'm hoping if I spend half an hour choosing some recipes on the weekend and put ingredients straight into the online shop, then I can just follow the page, no thinking required!

You can always go the other way and just cook really bland food, then add tabasco sauce at the table for the adults!

“Something for everyone” is a cookbook that explicitly does exactly that, has a baby and toddler and adult version of each recipe.
