Still DESPERATE to find a great baby boys name before baby arrives in February. We've had a short list of girls names for a while but can't find anything we really love for a boy.
Hubby likes Eli. I've considered Amon, Caleb and Ezra but nothing feels just right. I'd like a 2 syllable name with a really positive meaning. Nothing starting with N or J. I'd LOVE to hear your suggestions!

I have little idea of name meanings, my given name has a daft meaning but I still like it!

I don't worry about meanings, they have nothing to do with how the baby will turn out.

I like Eli and Ezra. Wouldn't say Caleb had a great meaning.
Asher - joy, lucky
Felix- joy, happiness
Isaac - laughter
Victor - Victor, victory
August - respected, revered
Noah - comfort, rest
I have been infatuated with Asher and Ezra lately.

You get 3 months to pick a name once he/she arrives. There is plenty of time to meet them and decide on a name.
My 3rd wasn’t named for about 3 weeks. She turned out pretty normal.

Thanks for the suggestions thus far. I do really like Eli, Ezra and Levi but we already have a Liam and Evelyn so I was hoping for a different initial.

Liam, Evelyn and...

Liam, Evelyn and Thomas
Liam, Evelyn and James (not two syllable but I think it works well)
Liam, Evelyn and Matthew
I think you have two mainstreamish, classic names so far, so should stick with that theme. I think there's classic, mainstream and classic / olde world and quirky.

Liking the meanings of some of your suggestions.... Declan means 'man of prayer', Levi means 'unity', Micah 'humble', Caden 'friend', Asher 'happy and blessed'. Do you have any more uncommon suggestions?

I like Hamish, Harry or Henry with your other names (Liam is such a great name!)
Also Marcus or Zachery.
