Wonder if she'll ignore the court once again. I also wonder if she's spent or hidden the money.

Should have happened already.
She is despicable.

This was how she was outed in the first place.

Journalist was tipped off that she was dodgy. He followed up with some of the charities that she claimed she was donating to back in the day. They said, nope, never heard of her, never received a cent from her.

The whole thing unraveled from there.

What a total ratbag.

The book released about her last year was a fascinating read about the case..

How on earth can she afford a barrister?

Wouldn't be surprised on either count.  She seems to have so little regard for the court system, as far as it is being used to affect her.

How long can she ignore the courts??
This is ridiculous.

Yes the judge seems unimpressed stating that Belle needs to comply with the Court's timetable.

Wonder what lies she'll come up with this time?

I think barristers sometimes take cases that they think are an 'easy win'. Not sure though.

Consumer Affairs Victoria are to be commended for continuing to seek legal consequences for her.

People like her disgust me.

I feel mean hoping she gets jail time but honestly, this woman defies belief. It is almost like she pretends it was no big deal and people should just move on.

My money is on a mental health defence. I think there will be a trash mag spread soon about her going into/coming out of rehab.

Majorca is nice I hear.

I won't be surprised if nothing happens to her. I doubt she will go to jail, but I wish she would. She is a bloody horrible person.

It will ikely be an order for sale of whatever assets she has.

I want her sent to jail.  She's beyond despicable.  Preying on the most desperate people who are ill.  I want her wearing a striped suntan for the next 10 years.

I don't think she'll ever pay and I don't think she'll ever get locked up either. It'll be drawn out and at worst she'll tearfully declare bankruptcy then continue to live her life unimpeded by the pesky little details of her past.

Yep.  Then she’ll do an interview about her saga on 60 Minutes “for free” which coincidentally airs at the same time she releases her new book.

This despicable con woman has just come home from a 5 week luxury holiday apparently.
How is this possible when she owes $400,000?

I want to know how the hell was she allowed to leave the country?

I watched CA as I knew they were doing a story.

We have a p*ss poor justice system when she is allowed overseas with such a debt and how did she pay ? She is unemployed.

Who was the guy with her? Looked old enough to be her father....maybe she has a sugar daddy.

And yet we jail women with dependent children for parking fines.

I'd like to say I'm surprised, but I'm not.

Perhaps the court will notice but I doubt there will be any evidence that she paid for it.

Yes we do, but they aren’t usually white.

How can someone who owes that sort of money even be allowed to leave the country, though?  That's a privilege, not a right of someone who has a massive unpaid fine.

I'm amazed it's possible.

I wonder if she has another ID and passport.

There needs to be an actual travel order in place.

Ex left the country and didn't show for a court hearing with no instructions for his lawyer. I was in disbelief when police reported as he had almost $8k in CSA debt and thought it wasn't possible so looked it up. Apparently the court will just adjourn if you take a holiday for a hearing which is notified months in advance. Police said they take your word for it too. So how to dodge responsibility is a well worn path to manipulators. They know all the stunts we could never imagine pulling
