Thanks everyone. After having a mini panic, DH calmed me down, and all your stories have as well.

He said we will deal with it when we know what the actual outcome is. No point in worrying over something that might not happen.and you are right Aardvark - if it does turn out that we are both carriers, we will do what we need to do like we have been.

So I will just try to focus on healthy eating and exercise for the next few weeks until we know what is happening.

I have my appointment with the counsellor on Friday, I am hoping that will help get my head straight as well.

Good evening ladies!

How are you all going?

Joany, I’m sorry you didn’t get to transfer! That sucks. This IVF stuff is hard. It’s only my first cycle and already my head is full. Thankfully there’s still lots of room for positive thoughts and I’m sending them your way :) We are having a few months off too due to the Christmas period... I was initially upset and wanting to start another cycle straight away.. thankfully out FS had other ideas!  Best to take some time, regroup and hope for the best for 2019 😘

Maufie, Yay! Glad everything is going the way it should sending you lots of love! Very exciting.

FingersCrossed, sorry you’re going through all of this. Hopefully you & hubby get the best possible result for your situation. Sending happy thoughts x

Thanks everyone for the feedback on DHEA, I started taking it this week and so far okay :) fingers crossed it helps :)

Hope everyone else is going well with wherever they are!

Hopeful - how are you feeling? Under a week now till your scan. I have been relieved that it isn’t just egg quality but now I’m really annoyed that it wasn’t investigated further after our failed fertilisation back in March. New FS even said I’m unsure why IVF/ICSI wasn’t tried on the second cycle and that’s the only cycle I got a good number of eggs. I have to move on I know but I’m not in the best head space at the moment.

Mella - I really hope your next cycle gets you a better result. Having nothing to transfer was awful, that’s never happened to me before let alone on your first cycle. Sending lots of positive vibes to you also. We may be cycle buddies in the new year.

Theia - lovely to hear from you. Hope the new year brings you luck also.

Aardvark - I hope the new year and change in FS bring a positive result for you next year.

Fingers crossed - I hope your counselling appointment goes well tomorrow.

Heading away to Gerringong tomorrow for a family wedding. So looking forward to some time away xx

Thanks Joany

It went well and have booked in once a week leading up to Xmas. Feels good to have someone booked in each week so I know whatever happens I have an appointment ready to go.

I took a HPT today just to see where my HCG levels are at. I got a very faint line so I hope the hormones will soon have left my system.

It will be easier to move forward when my body has returned to a more normal state.

Hope everyone has a nice weekend planned wherever you are
