Not Netflix but Amazon Prime...

Just finished Season 1 of American Gods. Was awesome, now I'm going to read the book!

I just watched “Barbie - Dolphin Magic” on DH’s Netflix, just so that next time he logs on it makes suggestions to him “because he watched Barbie Dolphin Magic”

Yes I was a little taken I will admit,

his acting was brilliant in the last one (that is all I am saying) - i mean that genuinely - apart from his looks

The Haunting of Hill House - finished and liked it a lot. Got quite a few scary moments out of that.
The Bodyguard - Halfway through and loving it. Rob Stark died too early!
Started the long awaited 3rd season of Daredevil.

Huh? I have seen he whole series and you lost me on that one?

(sorry unless you mean this as a joke I don't get)

The main character is the Bodyguard is best know for his role as Rob Stark in GoT, in which he does early in the series!!

Sorry I know he was in GOT even though I have never seen it but I hate giving spoilers but he is still in it to the end of The Bodyguard series.

So he dies in GOT?

I just finished Bodyguard - loved it.  I loved David's accent.

I've been watching Death in paradise. Easy watching.
Will have to watch the bodyguard further when dh isn't home because he didn't like it

I’m watching Good News for something light.

About to start The Bodyguard now I can see it has Keeley Dawes in it (love her!)

Is anyone finding The Good Place a bit disappointing this season (apart from the accents I mean)?

Oh that's one of my favourites. I also like Father Brown, which is first on abc and then Stan.

Re the good place, I think there are a lot of American specific jokes so far. I've been listening to the podcast which is so interesting and revealing.

Binged the Bodyguard this week.  I loved it.   One of those series that I wish had more episodes.

Watched the first episode of Black Mirror last night and enjoyed it.

Yes. Hosted by the actor who plays Sean. Funny, I've only listened to this season.

I might try out Amazon Prime, but it doesn't work with Chromecast so I can't watch it in the bedroom. Not interested in Stan. Maybe I'll join the local library

You can mirror your tablet/phone to your TV to play prime. I had prime for a free months trial and didn't like it so didn't renew.

I watched the first 2 episodes of Haunting of Hill House and jt didn't keep my interest. I love scary movies, but found Hill House boring.

I enjoyed The Letdown, easy to watch!

Oh. My. The body guard.

Loving it!! Such a messed up but sexy character.

And yes I’m planning on continuing my holiday movie ranking from last year. I may have got a little excited about the holiday calendar.

I am new to Netflix but have already binged on Frankie and Grace, Santa Clarita Diet and now on The Good Place. :)

I will add the body guard to my list. :)

I watched a bit of Gilmore Girls but couldn't get in to it.

My kid binged A series of unfortunate events - loved it. He is now on to Broadchurch, with my supervision (he is 13yo and I have seen them all).

Has anyone finished season 3 of Lucifer, DH and I finished it last night. Really disappointed with last 3 episodes, thought the first few were going in a funnier direction but the end of the season was a real let down
