Taking a break from Ozark.

Not on Netflix but SBS has War and Peace TV series for streaming at the moment.  2 episodes in and it is excellent.

Started Collateral finally. It's really interesting.

And then for some light relief and really amazing crafted food items, The curious creations of Christine McConnell.

I'm no longer a netflixer! Our credit card details expired and we decided not to renew for a while. We'll probably rejoin in 6-12 months to give it time for new shows/seasons to be uploaded. I'll have to come back to this thread to see what to watch once we've joined again. Might sign up for Amazon prime in the mean time.

Happy Netflixing to you all!

I find Ozark too intense to watch a lot at a time, too.. Love it, though.

The movie Arrival with Amy Adams has just been added, watched it last night. Even better the 2nd time.

I am watching the haunting of hill house as well. I am watching it on the train, I think this is a good setting. I am enjoying it, without being terrified.

This is a fair question. I'm not working or studying at the moment so I have a lot of time on my hands (hence why I'm still reading the netflix thread even though I no longer have netflix!) But there's usually only one show added each month that I actually want to watch and then I just end up watching mediocre stuff. DP hardly watches it at all. DS will miss Captain Underpants. I might try out Amazon Prime, but it doesn't work with Chromecast so I can't watch it in the bedroom. Not interested in Stan. Maybe I'll join the local library

Good place night!!!!

And I’m thinking a film.

Also rewatching Outlander in anticipation of season 4.

I watched 7 Psychopaths last night which I found rather amusing.

If you liked Pulp Fiction or the newer TV Fargo you might like this. It is nothing like either of these but has the same type of humour.

Plus it has Colin Farrell and Christopher Walken in lead with smaller roles for Harry Dean Stanton and Tom Waits.

Do you know when season 4 comes out in Netflix in Australia please? (mind you I'm only part way thru season 2).

It won’t be at least a while after foxtel shows it. Then sbs might pick up. But the dvds are available shortly after foxtel. And there is always iTunes if you get desperate.

The Haunting of Hill House - finished and liked it a lot. Got quite a few scary moments out of that.
The Bodyguard - Halfway through and loving it. Rob Stark died too early!
Started the long awaited 3rd season of Daredevil.

I don’t think so. Rob stark was in game of thrones, I think it might just be the actor.
