#101 trying again

Posted 09 October 2018 - 05:00 PM

Awe thanks so much guys...My BT is next Wed 17th Lucky...I am positive I was like that with my little guy as well but I honestly can't remember any more.  I think having another one around might make trying to sign spot a bit harder.

ckmelb - I am going to be very strong and not POAS.  I will only do it when I get my BFP :omg: I figure that way I am not going to be as heart broken if it is a BFN but it wont be...I don't want that at all!

Stimstar - OH by goodness your jumping up super high now...that is so good and pretty good to know that if i don't feel anything that is not a bad thing at all...I am seriously going nutso hahahahahahaha

That's great news stimstar, glad to hear it.

Lucky - since this clinic is overseas they have actually suggested I POAS next Sunday then go for BT Tues 16th. I actually have no side effects from these meds so far (including taking a long haul flight home). I was taking the progesterone orally and that made me dizzy and sick but as pessaries I am fine

It's a very personal decision trying again. My suggestion is if you do POAS do it close to the date so you are less likely to get a misleading result which will cause more stress. But remember the beta is the real test so that's the one to wait for

Sorry for my absence again! Have been having horrid headaches and sooo tired.

Trying again - your BT is 17th right? I guess it depends... I don't know... that close to my test date I was way too scared to do it! How are you feeling today?

Thanks CK...I didn't end up doing anything...I was just losing my mind and I thought I would put it out there hahahaha

Lucky - BT tomorrow.  I feel nothing at all.  I wont POAS because it will just really get me down if it is a no so I will just wait until tomorrow...gosh I hate this waiting game.  I hope your headache is going away.  The early days are not fun at all :(

Trying again you must be going out of your mind, I was too. Remember how certain I was it was a BFN cos I felt nothing?? I was geared up to have a glass of wine and was actually disappointed that I couldn't have one (if that makes sense!!) My symptoms are strange as - right now I feel the same as I did during the 2ww - nothing at all and it's making me paranoid and want to POAS to make sure still BFP. Stay optimistic and get those bubba cuddles from your little boy. Will be thinking of you.
