It’s only one hour but the murder of Sadie Hartley was compelling.

Loved that too, would like to see more of these ie. docos that get right into the investigation process.

War and Peace - BBC series - it’s awesome.  Below  the Surface, Trapped and the Bridge are all good (thrillers tv series).

Dicte is crime drama is ok. The bureau is good.  I liked season 1 of LillyHammer.  Spiral is good.

I'm a bit of a Scandi crime noir tragic. I haven't found anything I haven't like - yet. I liked Grey Zone, Under the Bridge, Modus S1 and S2, The Team, Valkyrian was good. Below the Surface was a standout !

* The Missing. First series was gut wrenchingly realistic.  I'm now watching Series 2.
* Deep State - loved it !
* Next of Kin - complex story about a family and their son and relates to radicalisation and how we support (or don't) families at risk.
* The Cardinal S1 and S2

Now watching Harlots (ok), War and Peace (yes!) and The Missing (I'm hooked).

I clearly am binging on TV after years of study

You're The Worst .. rom com sorta kinda between two seriously horrible people that are still weirdly likeable. Very funny so far.
I like it a lot better than Love on Netflix.

The Team
The Fall
Below the Surface - loved this one!
Next of Kin.
Grey Zone - also excellent.
The Handmaid's Tale.
Berlin Station.
Professor T - I've only watched a couple of episodes so far and it's kind of weird but intriguing.
The Orville.
I watched a couple of episodes of Nude. It was funny but the joke kind of wore off after a bit.
I've heard that Search Party is good but haven't watched it yet.

Ok, this is an update.

I've finished watching The Day. It was great and kept my interest. I'd recommend it. I'm currently watching binging on Harlots and now half way through Season 2. It's ok but not as riveting as the ones I've previously mentioned and The Day. This final Season of The Missing was great but I would have liked a tidier wrap up. It wasn't as good the previous seasons imho.

Over on iView - Thirteen is amazing and for something seriously clever and funny, Killing Eve.  I really liked Line of Duty too.

Next on my list is Bad Banks and The Plague.

I’m on leave this week and I’ve found The Orville.....

All household plans for this week have been ignored.

Love it.

I've also been watching Berlin Station and I'm about to start s2 of Counterpart. Might have to re-watch s1 first though, can't quite remember all that was going on. J K Simmons is awesome as Howard (s)

Ps I think it's a sign that I watch too much tv that I'm starting to recognise German actors from other shows I've seen

Reviving this thread to recommend a few others.
Home Ground- never thought I’d like it (being so non-sporty myself). Loved it!
Mary Kills People- great fun
Harlots- I loved this. I am partial to historical fiction and this was very entertaining
The Orville- so love this show!!! It’s more ‘Star Trek’ than the current official Star Trek. Sci fi with humour! Watch it!

New series of The Bureau is out.  (series 4).  I think they are all there, so worth watching!

Its a French spy/espionage thing - DH and I both love it.

Cardinal. I see gc melody recommended it earlier, but i saw it in an article.

Kind of reminds me a bit of The Killing and the Fall. Canadian actors, great scenery, graphic and upsetting.
It does expire soon though.

Also loved The Bureau and loved Cardinal too.

Just finished watching Series 2 of Trapped, that was pretty good.

Anybody watching this season of The Good Fight?

It’s gone a bit off the rails for me and last night was just stupid.
